Home Building
I still have major problems with moisture in the foundation, Moisture builds up under the wood floors causing them to lift and buckle. This has been dragged on for two years and is still going on and not been resolved. After being patient for almost 2 years I found out Brian Ayer no longer had a license but failed to inform me of this and many other things. He works with Boulder Development and they also are very unwilling to help they continue to ignore the problem or sit down to talk about it.
