Auto Tires
I went to pick up some gear oil for a rear differential, and returned to pump it into my car's differential using a handpump I got at a different Autozone a month or so ago. The pump broke partway through (very thick oil!) and I didn't have a spare. So, I took the pump with the packaging that I had, oily and all, and went to exchange it. Though I didn't have a receipt and it took awhile, the sales associate was able to refund me money and then use that money to get another pump. I guess without a receipt they couldn't do a simple exchange. Was very happy that I was able to return the pump, and will return in the future!
