Was almost a 5 star experience, until we took delivery on our new vehicle and it was missing equipment that we clearly requested in numerous conversations with Auto Exec. They accepted responsibility and admitted not understanding the window sticker and optional packages well enough, but only agreed to pay half to add-on the missing equipment afterwards. Their argument was that we too saw the sticker ourselves and had the car brochure, and we should have figured it out (hum, if it was unclear to them, not a surprise it was to us as well). Besides, isn’t it the responsibility of the dealer to know the equipment and packages? Perhaps that’s just not possible when an independent dealer is selling multiple brands. Probably better to go to a dealership that specializes in a specific auto brand. Oh well, not bitter… Just live and learn, I guess. It wasn’t a huge add-on cost, so I’m surprise they stuck us with half. Thus, only an average score.
"In the 18 year period that I owned Auto Executives I have never had to respond to a negative comment from a single consumer. From it's inception Auto Executives had always demonstrated a desire to serve consumers with a level of customer care and integrity that has caused the company to stand head and shoulders above the crowd. Auto Executives grew to become the premier auto leasing and sales company in Southern Arizona as a direct result of our passion for quality service and dedication to our Golden Rule Philosophy of customer care. In September of 2010 I closed Auto Executives, surrendered my Arizona Dealers License, and closed the Corporation. However, I did license the Auto Executive name to new owners that have carried on the Auto Executives philosophy with the same level of integrity and care. I am deeply disappointed to learn of Ms Majchzak's concern but regrettably I am not able to accurately respond to it as her review ended up on an Angies List company that has been closed for over 4 years. Today my association with the "New" Auto Executives is that of long distance employee serving old customers and referrals. My residence is in the State of Mississippi. Angies List tells me they will remove the old Auto Executives from their membership roll and it will be up to the new owner of the Auto Executives name to decide rather or not to continue with a new membership.
