Wow is all I can say. We called they came and did amazing job. Did so good we set up a standing appt for our dogs. My dogs are not easy to groom and wash yet the groomers we have had have no issues and the dogs go willingly to truck. We have very special needs due to our sons illness and they go over and above. WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER SERVICE. The fact that my dogs dont endure the stress of leaving house, being left at a groomer and the unknowns and having to go n get them I would pay 2x what they charge...

"We occasionally as a company have a price increase every 1 to 2 years. Any clients that have used us prior to 90 days receives a notice. We do not show an increase on your services but a decrease due to the additional nail clipping not being asked for. If you have any concerns regarding this discrepancy please contact me."

They did great, they did really good. Usually my dogs come away itching for a couple weeks after. Misty watered down the shampoo to make it easier on their sensitive skin. The love and care she put towards the dogs was outstanding.

The groomers had good relationship with the dogs. They're timely and they're good. They communicate well and directly. The groomers are really good.

USI PERSON OSTENSIBLY VRY I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE IN THE PAST. IN FACT WRITING A VERY POSITIVE REVIEW WHEN I ININTIALLY USED THEM.
UNFORTUNATELY THE GROOMER WHO HAD PREVIOUSLY PROVIDED SERVICE FOR MY DOG DECIDED TO WORK ELSEWHERE. THE OWNER (SHANNON) SUGGESTED NEW GROMMER DESCIBED AS "VERY PROFSSIONAL, WITH LONG EXPERIENCE" THIS INDIVIDUAL DID A HOFRIBLE JOB.
SHANNON OFFERRED TO SEND ANOTHER PERSON AT NO COST TO TRY AND REMEDY THE SITUAION. THAT PERSON DESCRIBED THE PREVIOUS MY DOG AS "BEING BUTCHERRED" THOUGH SHE TRIED HER BEST, THE TASK WAS DIFFICULT.
TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY I WAS BILLED AT AN EXHORBITANT RATE DESPITE THE PROMISE OF "NO CHARGE"
ONLY USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO RISK HAVING A HORRIBLE, EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

"We are sorry to hear you are disappointed in our service. You were on the truck the entire grooming with the groomer and had plenty of opportunity to ask for any changes. I was also there and saw the completed job on Oreo who looked very handsome in my opinion: apparently the grooming was not the style you were looking for. After our phone call, you told me you were disappointed in the grooming and I offered to come out in the next few days and fix what you would like. Five weeks later, we sent a different groomer out to groom Oreo at which time we charge our regular price. Again we are sorry to have disappointed you."

I'm not happy...not the groomer's fault...because I was informed...after the groomer finished that the rates were raised as this provider is no longer taking Angies customers or providing the discount that the cost increased by $16. Now, this isn't a huge increase...my complaint is, that I arranged this apt five weeks ago, and Shannon O'Dore didn't bother to contact me to tell me of this rate increase ahead of time to see if I still wanted the appt. and so the groomer just went ahead and did the work (with my help as my 15 pound dog was having an issue with the grooming) so I felt I had no choice but to pay the new rate. But, as I think of it now...many hours later, I am very upset. Who gets to increase the charge on a contracted service AFTER they have provided it to you...???? What kind of business does that? I have called and left a message with Shannon. that is why I answer I would use them again, although I am not sure I would: I hate taking the dogs out somewhere to get them groomed, as I feel it is very stressful, but I equally hate feeling I AM being financially taken advantage of. And I think it is equally unethical of this business to use it's employees to deliver the message of a fee increase AFTER the service is rendered. My one dog still has a huge tangle/knot in his hair on his ears which hasn't been dealt with though both were shaved as they had too many knots to deal with in any other way...as discussed with the groomer...this is the dog I had to assist the groomer to hold while she cut the hair on his legs and paws. Generally they are returned to me with their face and neck hair damp which is always fine by me, because they are afraid of the dryer...so they take less time to groom, but I always pay the full rate regardless. So, tonight I am not very happy with this service and hope to hear from ms. O'Dore for an explanation. But for those of you who have appts, I am just letting you know they are no longer taking Angie's list discounts, as apparently they are no longer part of Angie's list, but don't intend to tell you until after you have your dog's appointment.

"Thank you for your feedback, as we always appreciate it. As the owner of the company when receiving a C grade however as to the reason's for the grade would be appreciated. We groomed your kids on March 9th and 13th and charged $132 for both dogs. Being out there on 2 different days that week; we could always have fixed anything you where not happy with after the first visit. If you don't let us know what you did not like we cannot fix the issue. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give me a call anytime."

Barbara is a kind and caring groomer, and the owner, Shannon, is very responsive to requests for scheduling changes. Our dog happens to be very skittish, and he's had terrible experiences at another groomer (the drop off kind), so we decided to try Aussie Pet Mobile. Barbara is extremely patient and kind, and our dog, Buddy, always looks great after he's been groomed. It is more expensive than a traditional groomer, but it is worth it for the level of one-on-one service we get.

They're timely, they're here at the time they said they would and great with the pets. We have one groomer that we use and the owner stays in contact with me. She monitors how pleased we are and our groomers were really excellent. We get personalized and professional service. I would recommend them.

Very friendly and the dogs liked her a lot. I thought it was a bit expensive and was not pleased with how much fur was cut from their faces but it's a great service, especially for dogs that are not used to being in a crate (and my two are not crate boys).

Their service was very good and I really liked what they did. I think it is a little expensive, however. We have used them twice and liked their service both times. We had no trouble scheduling and they are very responsive by email. We only had to wait for a time when they could do all three cats at once, but it wasn't too long. They showed up on time for the appointment.

I use them all the time and they are great. They are really good with the dogs. I have gone inside their mobile and it is nice, clean, and new. It’s the nicest I have seen. This is probably my fifth mobile outfit I've had and I have been seeing them for about a year.

They were great. My dogs are both paralyzed in the rear and had no trouble taking care of them. I have been using them on and off for years. Their mobile units are very clean. The girls that took care of the dogs were very good with animals and did a great job. My dogs came back cleaned, groomed, and looking great.

My experience with them always goes well. They come and perform a full clean and groom on my dog's every few weeks. They have great rates and amazing service. I will be using them in the future.
