This was a warranty repair from Samsung. The service provider ordered the part from Samsung, set up the appointment date and time, called to confirm the appointment when they received the part from Samsung, arrived on time to do the repair, made the repair in about 30 minutes, cleaned up behind and made sure the TV worked as it should. The service technician, Mr. Austin, was very professional, courteous, and extremely competent. We could not be more pleased with the results.

They had 4 people come out and 1 person just stood around. They got here at 10:00 and spent the first 30 minutes arguing about how long it would take when I already had an understanding with Wayne, the manager. The second time they were supposed to come out they didn't even show up! I wouldn't use them again for anything. They charge by the hour and they were just burning time to get paid more in the end.

The technician showed up on the scheduled day and time, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the replacement parts with him, and installed the 4 new parts in less than an hour. The BEST part is that this company makes house calls so you don't have to find a way to haul your big screen TV's to a repairman. There is very little information available for repairing big screen flat HD TV's, so I feel very comfortable making this recommendation for the Audio Visual Service CTR here in Tucson, AZ.
