Audio Video sent out 2 technicians, very nice, polite, helpful, clean-cut men to take care of internet wiring and hang a light fixture after having to reschedule once. They ran into some problems trying to pull wires through the attic so the job took longer than expected. Unfortunately, they cracked the ceiling above the study. An accident can happen anywhere. I contacted Wayne and he did send out a sheetrock man to correct the problem. A bonus to that is we met a great sheetrock/painter person.

They helped out with my home Internet line that leads down to my living room by changing my phone jack into an ethernet line free of charge and I still got my 4 lines installed for the same price. Definitely worth the money

Contact is nil ..Our antenna was improperly installed and during a storm fell down on our roof..The antenna was installed into the foam and not to the wood thus made it unstable ..We have several time contact the owner and does not get back or respond to my emails to resolve this on going issue

I thought their final price was a little high.2 guys to do a 1 man job. Other than a few technical issues the Internet connection was finally established.

I could not have asked for better service and support. It is refreshing to have a company that not only cares about the customers, but goes above and beyond the "usual and customary". I would not hesitate to recommend this company and the values they give the customer.

I was told by a local Green Valley TV place that I was too close to the mines and would not get any reception. I get 29 stations that all come in clear. I am extremely happy and expect to save $1200/year because I no longer paying for satellite or cable. Wish I had done this years ago.

The two men were on time and professional. I asked for and received a Veterans discount on the invoice.
