It went very well. There service man was very knowledgeable about Pella doors. In some cases he was more knowledgeable than the factory Pella Service techs and he fixed one issues that they did not.

Overall, I was quite happy with this company. The quality of work was exceptional. I really appreciated how much attention they paid to the details of the job. The crew was always on time to the job. They were within the time and budget. They were very careful not to damage anything. They are a little bit pricey but the quality of work will make up for that.

Although it has been a number of years since we hired Assurance Builders, our experience with John Reuter, owner of Assurance Builders Inc, was overall a very positive one. John was recommended to us by Pella Doors and Windows when we decided to go forward with the purchase of new Pella patio doors for our living room and master bedroom. We found John very easy to work with; he was professional, easy to get hold and performed quality work. The delivery and installation of all the doors occurred as planned. The only problems we encountered were not with John or Assurance Builders but related to having ordered a brass handle that had to be back-ordered by Pella but which even months later was never delivered by Pella. A standard handle was installed instead.

We had no problems with the purchase, installation and finishing of the exterior steel doors for our shop - all of which were very satisfactorily completed. We would not hesitate in recommending John Reuter and Assurance Builders, Inc.

I spent $4000 on that job. The guys who came out worked really hard to finish up the work in one day rather than having to come back. I got windows that are guaranteed for life, and our house was built in the 50’s. The windows I had were steel and I wanted aluminium, they got it for me and it blends perfectly. They did a great job. Their responsiveness was great. They called me to make sure I had everything. They were always here when they said they would be.

Assurance Builders were recommended by a third party. After ascertaining that Assurance Builders are on the approved list of Pella door and window installers, I ordered a Pella sliding glass patio door (Designer Series). The Reuters were extremely helpful and courteous. Their estimates on delivery were accurate and they were at pains to keep me up to date on delivery and installation dates. Assurance Builders is a very reliable, ethical company and I intend to use their company in the future. I have no reservations about recommending them to others.
