Asian Trade Rug Company features Tucson’s only on-site expert rug cleaning and repair. We have hand-washed tens of thousands of rugs and are educated in what is right and wrong for each rug we wash. The traditional “wet-wash” process that we employ is simply the most effective. No matter your stain or odor, we can clean to your satisfaction. If we cannot, we will let you know in-advance. Pick-up and delivery is available, or simply drop-off your rug at our showroom at 2623 North Campbell. Our expert cleaning staff is supervised by master repairman and weaver, Ali Shahinpour. His staff can handle all special cleaning situations such as, pet stains & odors, ink, wax, glue, and even de-bleeding Navajo rugs. Depending on traffic, we suggest professional cleaning every one to three years. Even if your rug looks clean, there is often a surprising amount of very fine grit that settles in the foundation and will hasten the wear of your rug.

"Hello Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I am very surprised by your review. We have never had a bad review before. When your husband picked up your rug we went over all of the notes on the invoice and documented, pertaining your rug and the issues it had prior to cleaning. We still have the invoice and the documentation if you would care to review. Every one of the issues that were brought up, were noted before the cleaning and were signed off on. We went over all of these points with Mr. [Member Name Removed] and he understood that the cleaning accentuated the pre-existing issues, at that time. Your husband mentioned that he might use it upside down because it was much lighter on the backside, where the sun fading (which was noted) was not as noticeable. I also mentioned that we would even apply the cleaning cost towards the purchase of any rug, which he thought might be a good option. Everything we do is done on a satisfaction guarantee policy, if your husband was in any way unhappy with the outcome, we would not have charged him. We will in fact still refund the charge if you are not happy with the outcome, even though the problems were pre-existing. Please give us a call if you would like to take advantage of this offer. We sincerely apologize that you feel this was in any way due to the cleaning process. All the issues with the rug were documented and signed off on before any work was done.
