Owner is very personable. Communication was great, & suggestions offered about the project were spot on. Although their business is really picking up, we were accommodated at every turn. They acquired parts as necessary, arrived on time, & did a very thorough clean up following the job. Will absolutely use this company for future needs.

Called Dan with ASAP, he was able to come over within 2 hours to look at the job. He got back with us immediatly on a price. We were only in town for a short time and needed the work done quickly. He was back the next morning and had the job completed within a few hours. Very Professional and helped with the lighting design and what would look good. They cleaned up after themselves and did exactly what they said. As a General Contractor and dealing with sub contractors on a day to day basis, having Dan take care of our home and in the manner he did, he is truly a great sub contractor and electrician!

As stated above they cleaned up by taking old unit out to trash and the box/wrappings out to the customer's recycle bin. When they installed the new fan/light, it didn't work, but they rechecked and rewired as necessary to get it working. They were very courteous from start to finish. They even listened to me talking about my job that I retired from in 2011. I was impressed enough with their work and how they presented themselves that I asked for their card, as I may need help in future to check all my house wiring and possibly install necessary wirings for a clothes dryer in near future. Came on time and finished within the time he said it would take. Professional, upbeat. Dan had to address some additional install issues but the additional cost was reasonable. He even suggested someone for another small (non-electric) project later. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

We had an older switch that we wanted replaced. We brought our own switches for the ceiling fan and the fan (separately) and when my husband went to install, it was complicated. The father/son team that came, looked through this and after several attempts, they managed to install our new switches and cleaned up after themselves. We were glad they were able to come that very day I had called when I inquired about the job before I purchased the deal on Angies List. They did an excellent job and we're happy with our new switches that enables us to dim the lights and the speed of the fan.
We will definitely use them again for other projects around the house.

I was having a problem with a two light switches in one box and could not make heads or tails of the pack rat's nest of wires after pulling two switches to replace them with more modern looking switches. I tried many different combinations of wiring to the switches and just could not figure out why I wasn't getting power. I thought I had a good idea of how they were wired when I pulled the old switches, but I was wrong.
I called ASAP Electric and they came out the next day. He quickly determined that the two red wires in the box were completely useless, so he trimmed and capped them.
He found out which were the hot wires and set up my switches. He cleaned up the box and my switches are working. He even asked me which switch I wanted in the first position and which I wanted in the second position. He also checked the outlets in the same circuit to make sure everything was working well.
While, I was not happy that I had to call an electrician, I am glad that I did. He did not make me feel stupid because I could not figure out how to wire the switches. All in all, it was money well spent.

Dan from ASAP Electrical was recommended by my realtor to provide services requested by the buyer of my home. Dan made two visits -- one to access the needs, then another on the actual work day. They took down the old parts, which was sent back to the fan company to see why it failed, and then replaced it with the new fan (same model). Everything went smoothly. Great job. Would use this company again.

We called ASAP Electric when I had a problem with a closet light that sounded like it was shorting out when I turned it on. Dan came out and found the problem immediately and fixed it. While he was here, I also asked him to repair the smoke alarm in our kitchen. That was quickly fixed too. I also asked him if he could come back and hang two ceiling fan lights. He and his son Spencer came back this morning and hung the lights, and I can't wait for it to get dark this evening and finally be able to see in the living and dining rooms. Dan and Spencer were very professional and friendly,
and I won't hesitate to call them when we need electrical work done again.

We had a major flood light in our kitchen go out....it was not a bad bulb. ASAP arrived ASAP! Determined what the problem was & fixed it! Lighting has worked perfectly ever since! They were courteous & professional!

Mr. Kerr was quick, prompt, and did a very good job. Once I explained that I had sparks coming from behind the dryer he changed his schedule to arrive about an hour after I spoke with him. He explained what he was doing and was friendly. He also explained that the outside electric panel was old (original on house) and only met code because it was Grandfathered in. He gave us an estimate to replace - but was not pushy or in hurry to do the job.

These guys were awesome. They were readily available to come check out and look at what we were wanting, gave us an affordable deal and were even available to do the job on the spot. They were super friendly, cleanly and got the job done quickly. The ceiling fan and light they installed look awesome I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly affordable company to go with and I will definitely be calling them in the future If I have any other needs

We obtained 3 bids for the electrical work that we needed done for our remodel. ASAP Electric was in the middle and we chose them because of their professionalism, honesty and fairness in their pricing. Dan was very good at making suggestions that would save us money and not try to push things on us that would cost us more! We appreciated that!
They had to make a few trips to complete the job and each time they were on time and got their task at hand done in a timely manner. They cleaned up each time and left our home just as they had found it. Communication between Dan and us was great. He did not hesitate to call if he had questions or needed clarification.
