He showed up twice just to twice cause water damage. I’m out of thousands of dollars and he wouldn’t even refund me. He’s a fraud!

friendly, not pushy. charges sixty dollars for first hour and forty every hour after that. but charged me only forty dollars since it was first time. did acceptable work but did not give impression of being very knowledgeable so i would use him for simple tasks but not complicated ones.

Arturo was on time, had his euipment (sprayer, drop cloths, plastic.). It took him two days to complete the job--he left everything cleaned and did a good job. Also used him to do some tileing. Will use him again.
