I called Ron with Artistic Carpet and Restoration on a Saturday and he made his first visit on a Sunday.  I also had 2 other contractors (mold remediation specialists) give estimates to do the work.  Ron's estimate was tied for the lowest, but it was even more convincing that he called himself a "mold geek" and had just earned his certification as a mold inspector/examiner.  His estimates were considerably lower for the repair portion of the job and he sounded honest and forthcoming so I chose his company for the work.  
His team was very professional and did a great job.  The final cost of the mold remediation ended up being exactly what he stated for his estimate, and since mold jobs can easily get out of hand (you don't know how much mold there is until tearing down the wall), I was really happy that there weren't any surprises.  I took his recommendation for a plumber, Dean's Plumbing, who came within hours of our call and fixed the leak.
I then got another estimate for the repairs from a drywall guy that my brother had used before.  Ron's estimate was even a little lower than his, and since I was pleased with their mold remediation work, I decided to have Ron's team do the repairs as well (they broke it so they should be able to fix it).  The repairs went fantastic.  They took longer than expected due to Ron's team being extremely busy that week, but bceause of this he gave me a discount on the final repair price and I was fully satisfied.  In both the cases of the mold remediation and repairs, I didn't have to pay Ron a single penny until the entire work was completed, which was a really nice show of faith on his end.  
The only hiccup was in scheduling--his team was overbooked during the repairs and didn't always call ahead to let me know they were coming.  However, Ron more than made up for that minor issue it with the quality of their work and their prices.
I would absolutely use Ron and his team again and recommend them to anyone with a mold issue.

They were too expensive. They came out four to seven days after I contacted them. They knew what they were doing. They were competitive compared to the others. The quote seemed accurate.

I had an asbestos situation in an older rental home that I had purchased. I had no idea what I needed to do to make this home safe and rentable. I called Ron at Artistic - he gave me a run down on my legal requirements in this situation and asked if I would like a free estimate to complete the job. Needless to say, the quote was reasonable and chose to use Artistic. The end result was terrify - they finished two days ahead of schedule and the house looked great! Thanks Artistic!

I hired Artistic Carpet & Restoration to do a mold remediation job at my home that was expected to be a small and localized project that would be completed in one week. As the walls were opened up mold was found on the wooden studs and trusses but not on the drywall, and there were no water stains anywhere to reveal how the mold got there ? highly unusual. They opened up the walls in sections, and room by room, hoping that the mold would be confined to a limited area. It turned out that the studs and trusses throughout my entire house were contaminated. The house had to be entirely gutted. This required them to pack up ALL of my possessions, and I called movers to place everything ? including appliances ? in storage.   The magnitude of the job was not anticipated when the work began. They, and I, had to keep adjusting as the walls were opened up and the extent of the mold was revealed.  

Mr. Annibal and his team were responsive and conscientious. I am an involved consumer and I wanted to see it for myself. Mr. Annibal suited me up and provided me with the necessary breathing equipment to go into the house. I also have health issues and was very concerned about the products that would be used. Mr. Annibal discussed at length with me the product choices, pros and cons, his recommendations, and provided me with literature about the products. Mr. Annibal was, at all times, very open and transparent about what was being done and why.  

Mr. Annibal?s team of workers was excellent. They were, at all times, courteous and respectful, as well as being diligent and careful workers in my home. In packing every possession I own, they were organized, handled things with care and took extra care with fragile items. They also worked well with my movers, HEPA vacuuming my furniture and boxes as they were removed from the house, and helping in other ways.   Mr. Annibal and his team went above and beyond in what I expected in keeping the job moving forward even as it was growing far beyond what anyone anticipated. They worked overtime on the weekends to keep things moving along, expressing their awareness that each day was costing me extra money because I was now staying in a hotel. We had expected that I would be in the hotel 10-14 days but were well beyond that now.   Despite the enormity of the job (over 900 construction-sized large garbage bags of drywall were removed to expose the studs and trusses), they remained diligent and thorough. The work was completed November 26th. The house was then post-remediation mold tested by an independent third party on November 27th. The house passed on the first try with very good numbers.  

All in all an excellent job and I am very happy with the work done. Unfortunately there were a couple of small disappointments at the very end: 1) There was an additional item that Mr. Annibal offered to take care of after the testing, but he did not follow through, nor cancel. 2) I called him more recently requesting a quote for a small carpet cleaning job (another of the services offered by Artistic Carpet & Restoration) because I was able to find temporary housing other than the hotel but the carpet needed cleaning before I could move in ? Mr. Annibal did not return my call.   I am admittedly disappointed by the lack of follow through at the end, and lack of response regarding new work, but that does not change the fact that they did a superb job on the mold remediation work.

I haven’t used them in a while, but they’re very good.  Next time I need my carpets cleaned, I’ll definitely use them.  I use them over the competition because I know I can trust them.  I felt like the price was good for the quality of work I received.

We’ve since found someone who is a bit more reliable.  We’ve had a few scheduling issues and since went with someone else.  They did decent work in the cleaning, though.  Comparatively, it took the carpets all day to dry, where my current provider only takes an hour to dry.

They’re great!  We’ve been using them for years.  They’re nice, reliable, and we always have a positive experience with them.

It’s gone pretty well.  We used them to clean about 3/4 of the house, and we’ve got good work from them.  We would definitely consider using them again in the future.

I was extremely happy with their services.  Their staff was pleasant, they did excellent work, and they charged a fair price.  If I still had carpet, I would definitely use them.

They were punctual, worked quickly, and did a good job.

It was great!  The technician was very professional, arrived on schedule, and did an excellent job with the carpet.  He was also honest about the cost to remove a specific spot of cranberry juice which I appreciated.  I would definitely recommend the company to anyone.

We've been using the company for 15 to 20 years now.  It has always been reliable and does good work.

The owner was very professional and seemed quite knowledgeable.  I just happened to choose another company that my sister had recommended.

They don't bug you. They do a good job, and they are prompt.
