Meaning he can do far more than tune a piano, he can pop the hood and do whatever work is necessary to get your piano into tip top shape. It went extremely well. Isaac listened carefully to my concerns about previous tunings and what I was hearing when I was playing the piano. I am severely deaf but pick up overtones on the piano because of the kind of hearing loss I have. He was very willing to work with me and fixed the problem. I am extremely appreciative and happily playing again. I had both an evaluation ad piano tuning. The tuning was $100.00 and the evaluation $20.00
