All went well. Over the last 3-4 years I have used Arnold on numerous plumbing projects - installing a new commode, replacing pressure regulator on main water line to house, replacing house water manifold system and most recently installing a new hot water heater. I have always found him to be responsive when I call, able to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time, and providing a reasonable price. Work is done when promised and within time frame presented. Will call again in the future when I have a need for plumbing work.

Arnold has worked at our house three times.  A few years ago he replaced a leaky bathtub spout.  Last year, he installed a new hot water heater.  The most recent time, he installed a new toilet.  We have always been highly satisfied with his work. He comes when he says he will come, he does what he says he will do and he does it without leaving any mess. He has always charged what I consider to be a reasonable price.
