It took a few days for someone to come view the property and go over what needed to be done. Ron made several great suggestions that improved on what I was trying to do with the yard. The estimate was very reasonable for the amount of work to be done. The crew arrived on time, did the work, and cleaned up everything. They were incredible. Very nice guys.

AZ Tree Service does a great job. The estimator walked around with me to decide on the work to be done, and returned on the day of the work to introduce the crew and again walk around with both me and the crew to confirm the work plan. This is important to me because you can't "un-trim" a tree if you do something the homeowner doesn't want done! I received a detailed cost estimate in advance via email, and the total price was consistent with the estimate. I do wish their rates were a bit lower but their service is excellent.

Extremely well. Ron, Luis and crew are very knowledgeable and made some very excellent suggestions. They are very skilled and were accommodating. Their work is of the highest quality. We will certainly use them again when we need their services.

they had to climb the pine tree and take off carefully piece by piece, as it was in the back yard with no vehicle access and right next to the home and shed. they left the rounds as i had requested and left the yard cleaner than when they started. professional service - well done.

Ron is always prompt and professional. He is so well informed about the care and maintenance of all types of trees and bushes that it is great to get on the site expert advice even though the main reason for the visit was to get an estimate on tree trimming and/or removal. This will be done at a later date.

Arrived early and on time. three men worked hard for 4 hours. Very professional. Clean and neat. They filled a large truck with debris from tree and not a twig went into the pool or was left on the ground. Finally, a squared-away company. Their price is reasonable for the job you get. They know what they are doing. Kudos to Augustine who supervised the job. They know trees...and leave the yard as good as they found it...or better. I will certainly be using them again for yard/desert clean-up.

Was the lowest estimate and it was also the only one we received by the date promised. When the work was scheduled, they arrived on time (which is huge to us because it seems to be a rare thing these days), did a great job trimming the mesquite, and actually cleaned up the mess. Will definitely call them first the next time tree needs to be trimmed.

They are always punctual, and get the job done with expert precision. Their cost is comparable with others but they provide great service and my trees continue to thrive in our desert environment. I recommend them to anyone needing work trimming back and sculpting trees.

They were punctual and very professional. Someone comes out first to asess what needs to be done and gives a quote. the job is then done within a few days. They know what they are doing and they clean everything up beautifully when they are done. I have had then do work for us several times over more than 25 years.

Ron came to our home to evaluate trees with dead limbs and disease issues. He was very helpful in looking at multiple trees in the yard and giving me a verbal action plan for each tree problem. We accepted his estimate for trimming of two trees and the re-planting of a third tree. Ron accompanied his work crew on the day the work was completed to give instructions to the crew and he answered additional questions for me at that time. The two men on his crew worked diligently on the trees and cleaned up the yard when finished. We were very pleased with the work as well as with the knowledge that Ron gave us to help us maintain the health of the trees.

They are very knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. Their prices are really high, although they definitely know what they are doing. They charged me $700 to remove one tree. I have used them for the past 26 years.

They were really good. They were a little on the expensive side, but they did a great job. The price wasn't a big deal for me. They were very professional, and they came when they said they were going to come. They did the job, and they cleaned up really well. I would use them again in the future.

When I have had work done (on at least three occassions) Ron comes to give an estimate, he shows up on the appointed day and gives the crew instructions. Then he LEAVES. When I was leaving town for an extended time I asked to have repairs done to my irrigation system. Later I recieved an accusatory letter stating and quot;someone had removed a section of piping and this is what caused the leak I was experiencing. This is absolutely false. In fact, Ron's men removed the piping...AFTER repairing the leak..and if Ron had been there supervising he would have known that and not felt compelled to blame me.

"In response to the matter written above. I feel compeeled to respond: The property where the customer resides was a property that we had worked at for many years prior to the new customer's purchase of this home. Because our company had worked there in the past, the customer above asked for an estimate and for some other work to be done which we did. Some of which was done gratis, including the repair of the aging watering system. I have gone to the property as asked by the customer while she was out of state and some of the visits were charged and some visits were not charged, because if I was close by or just wanted to make sure some of the plants were getting enough water, I would stop. We received a call from the customer to come and repair the watering system again which we said we would be happy to do but we would need to charge a fee of $65.00 this time. The customer, as explained by the secretary, seemed upset and said she didn't expect us to do the work for free but she would find someone else to do the repairs. The next thing we found was a bad report on Angie's List. While we value all of our customers and have a return client rate of over 90%, we simply cannot always do gratis work and stay in business. With diesel over $4.00 per gallon, insurance, workman's compensation and the ROC licensing, all going up we want to offer excellent service and fair rates. With over 35 years of service, hopefully anyone that knows Arizona Tree or me will at least think twice before giving much thought to this comment. If anyone wants to know more about this event, please call the office. I will talk to you personally. As for our unhappy customer, we want no ill will, harm or discoutousness but we simply cannot do things for free all the time. The arborist was excellent and helpful. I did have a problem with the fact that they left without communicating to me that they were done early and leaving for the day. I was leaving the next day for 6 weeks so that caused a bit if a problem. It was expensive for what they did, the communication was a problem, but other than that they did a really nice job.

Ron Walcott arrived at the appointed time for the estimate. He was courteous and professional. This was a small job and he explained that their schedule was very full. The estimate was reasonable and I scheduled the work for the following month. The crew arrived on time the day the trimming was scheduled. They were supervised by Mr Walcott. The work was done quickly and the area was raked and cleaned to a very high standard. The tree looks so much better. Thank you Arizona Tree Service! I will be using your service again.

Went great! Workers reliable, on time, well supervised by Ron who came to job each morning. Have used AZ Tree for several years and can count on them to do good work. Workers use appropriate equipment and safety gear. Ron is very good at diagnosing problems and making recommendations for solving them.

The job took three days overall. One crew worked on the big mesquite the first day, and some of the little mesquite and some work in the rental yard. A different crew finished up the big mesquite the second day, and completed the work in the rental yard. The same crew came back on the third day to deal with the blue palo verde. The crews cleared up all debris each day before they left. The owner had made the estimate a few weeks before; he or his son came to check on the job each day. We had some discussion about the big mesquite branch hanging over the street, whether it needed to come off altogether. The final decision was to thin it now, and wait till the summer to see how full, and therefore how heavy it gets. If necessary, it could at that point be tied with a cable to the main trunk to make it safer.

I got 3 estimates and Arizona Tree was tied for the best price with one other. They were a recommendation from my neighbor and on Angie's List, so I went with them. I, also, found the estimator to be very knowledgable and easy to talk with about the work to be done. They broke down the tree jobs so I could pick and chose the ones I wanted to get done. The office staff was very pleasant to deal with. The team came on time, explained their job to be done, and did the work in a timely manner. The trees look great. I have two huge mesquites and several large ones. They hauled off all the debris. I will use them again.
