ATS was responsive especially for a Saturday and got the system working by replacing a valve. Wait time was about 1 hour. Price was exceptionally reasonable.

My Initial interaction with the owner was terrific. Bobby was everything one would ask for in a businessman: kind, professional, courteous and he listened. I literally was getting sick from the dust in my air ducts. I looked at two other companies. One of them seemed too slick and the other way was above my means. The work was just done today. The worker, Cisco, was prompt, kind as could be, and very informed about his work. He took before and after photos as a favor. I hope more people discover this business. The first contact with Rachel Rivera at office was very helpful. I explained I had a 5 year maintenance warranty with two years left from 11-14 to 11-16 but that I was never given any headsup that service was due.  When I called the other provider, they said I had to call THEM if I ever wanted service, even twice a year checkup because they had so many customers since they took over another company's clients.  (I was also told this several years ago when I did get service for frozen unit.) So I signed up with ATS instead who said they would  never resort to such shoddy public relations with their clients.  I Got Immediate Service fro ATS.  Technician Jason was out in the afternoon, took care of all maintenance quickly and efficiently and signed me up for maintenance next year.  I am totally please with ATS and Jason was so nice to explain to me what was checked and what was accomplished in terms of what a 75 year old woman could understand!!

We sought estimates from four companies and chose ATS because the installation was the most cost effective for our needs and was much lower in price than the second choice. The salesman was very personable and knowledgeable. The installers were professional and respectful of the house and our persons. The cleanup after installation was very good, which we were very thankful for. The units work as described and we are very happy with their performance. Financing was arranged and we were able to buy the units with no interest charges for 12 months.

The installation went very well and they wore the booties to protect our carpet.  They called us when they were running about 45 minutes late.  Gary was very polite.  They offered a service contract but it was not high pressure situation. I plan on using their service in the future.

Gary Spencer is a very knowledgeable ac repair man. He is honest and fair. Our unit is working beautifully now.
