Arizona Picture and Frame

The frame arrived but the staff did not like it. They reordered the frame and had it ready for pick up as originally planned. Happy that they just did not try to sell me defective piece put reordered a better piece.

I got home to realized that the frame I bought did not fit the print. I called them back and said that the particular frame was incorrect and I had miscalculated the size. They said to just bring it in and they would fix it. The was dealing with the owner. She was demanding and demeaning and would not listen to me. She told me that she did not like the way I was speaking and that I could leave the store. The small print cost me about $80. Another clerk came to assist me and we we able to fix the frame for just $9. She would not take the print out of the old frame and put it in the new frame for me. She also charged me for installation, which cost me 3 times more than price of a more complicated piece I took in the week before. I want people to know that this is not the place to go.
