Amazing! Justin was great! He was patient and explained everything in detail. He didn't do any fear mongering sales pitch, which was nice. He was honest and reliable. The price was reasonable as well!

I saw signs of termite activity and and had an inspection from Arizona Pest Control. Ray, the inspector confirmed the activity and showed me more signs. He recommended a treatment plan. I agreed and had the services performed. The technician that applied the treatment was professional and answered all questions. Very good service! I just wish the price wasn't so high but it was comparable or less than other service providers.

Fine but they are VERY expensive. Competitive on initial treatment at around $700 but then they have a $300 annual renewal/maintenance charge that begins at year 2. The 5-year cost of ownership quoted was $1,832. Most other bidders are in the range of $600 t0 $700 for the first 5 years with annual renewals thereafter in the range of $100 to $175 per year. Their system appears to me to be the "Cadilac" of available systems and is the only one I interviewed using a "bait" system that lasts virtually forever.

They came out ½ hour after I called for help, having seen a rat in our very small backyard. William was very professional, explained everything well, including their approach to service. We signed an agreement for a year of service. They are running a $50 coupon online, but I didn’t know that, and he gave it to me, anyway, for the setup service, so it only cost $125 to place 5 stations. The picture is of the rat that visited this morning.

Got a visit within two days: very professional and clear explanation of potential treatment. Signed up for treatment same visit and got scheduled for next morning. Technician next day was timely and finish full treatment in about 4 hours.

We are very happy with AZ Pest control. Chris came out quickly to do an inspection when we had an issue, were clear about treatment plans, and then treated the house a few days later at a price that was in line with (maybe even a bit less) than we'd expected. I will definitely call them for future issues.

We placed a call for service Saturday morning and by mid day Bill Arrived. An old bee hive under a backyard shed was a problem. Bill recognized the hive was mature an had been there awhile. It was hot, hard to get too, but he took care of the problem. Uncomfortably warm, an in a protective suit, the technician Bill was a professional. Thanks Andy

We met with Jordan Ayers of Arizona Pest Control . He visually inspected the property, reviewed exactly what was needed. We had interviewed other Pest Control people, but with the thorough inspection - the competitive pricing - and follow up service provided, I stand firm that we made the right decision. The inspector Jordan arrived right on time per our appointment. We have lived in our custom-built home for nearly 30 years, and I am very familiar with subterranean termite issues in our high desert area. The inspector spent the time necessary to fully understand our particular situation, and worked with me to develop a very satisfactory treatment plan. The technicians Dan and Trent arrived as scheduled and were both very friendly and efficient in applying treatment. Trent stayed for a walk-through and thoroughly explained what was done and why, willingly answering my many questions. Although we were offered an extended warranty plan for annual followup inspections and any necessary treatments, I was gratefully never pressured by the inspector or technicians to accept any additional coverage beyond the 1-year guarantee already included. Overall, we were very pleased with the level of treatment and the prompt and courteous service provided at all stages of interaction.

They've been around since 1950. They're the oldest locally owned pest control company in Tucson. They've been fabolous. It's on going. They came out yesterday, it was scheduled. They come every week for a month and then they're available for the next six months. They're gone. It cost me $450 inclusive.
