The entire crew was great including Nancy who answered all of my questions before the crew came to my house. They brought several different colors for me to choose for the seal and took the time to put them on the grout so I could choose. Not just show me a color chart. They worked all day and the tile and the grout looking amazing. I hesitated on paying additional for the color seal. I am so glad I did. My grout was so bad that just cleaning and sealing would not have made it look much better. They did an excellent job. Their pricing is great. I had two other estimates, one at Arizona grout and tile, $2,200 which was ridiculous. Great work and I am very happy! Should have done it years ago.

The person who came to repaint our grout was very professional and friendly. He did a great job. We were so happy with the results. He cleaned up the area when he was done and explained about the process and when it was okay to walk on the floor.

They showed up on time, everything about the company was fine except the work. Nancy, the woman I was corresponding with said "they are asked to do this on a regular basis and have the tools and skill to open the area for your new sink" However, that proved to be very untrue. As i mentioned, he showed up on time, was very friendly BUT after a few hours he started packing up and my husband went to go look and it was terrible. You could feel all the cut lines and see how uneven it all was. He worked on it for another hour but told my husband, "it was as good as it was going to get" (!!?) We paid for half the service, ($75) and he told us they would be back on Monday to seal it. My husband, who has never cut granite before, had to go out and buy tools to fix the granite. It isn't perfect, but it's a lot better than they left it. I immediately texted Nancy and said I felt we shouldn't be responsible for the remaining $75 since we just had to go out and buy tools to fix the job which exceeded that amount and did not want the technician to come back on Monday. She apologized and did not charge us the extra money. As I said, the company itself was fine, but I would NOT recommend they be contacted about cutting granite.

I needed someone to finish the tile work by removing the old tile and re-cutting new tile to fit. The prep work, tile replacement including grout and the clean-up was immaculate. I had asked Flooring Direct if they would help me, since they originally installed the new flooring 3 years ago and I got jerked around by them for 6 weeks before I looked for an alternative. Arizona Grout Busters did a great job. From the moment I was contacted by Nancy to the bid process to the actual job being completed, took all of 4 days. These guys do great work. I will be contacting them again for any tile or grout related jobs I need completed.

the service was preformed and all the grout and sealant is functioning as it should. My only complaint is that the grout color is just a few shades off the original grout - but this was discussed prior to the work being done- so I did not expect an exact match.

I needed these cleaned quickly as I was getting ready to list my house for sale. They were very accommodating regarding my tight time frame. In the past I had two different cleaning ladies and one professional carpet/tile cleaning company try without success to clean up this problem. The young man doing the work was polite, helpful, and worked quickly enough to make the minimum charge applicable. And he did a great job, ridding my shower stall of its mold and mildew problem. I highly recommend Arizona Grout Busters for mold/mildew problems.

Left areas messy, no clean up. Water was left from counter tops to drip down cabinets, floor was left wet, and bathroom toilet (where he disposed of dirty H2O) was left filthy. The tile setter/cleaner, Brian, was 30 minutes late. I would have liked him to have reviewed his work with me upon completion and discussed WHY he did not do certain things ( for example, he grouted the sides of the shower stall but NOT THE FLOOR!) When I asked him why, he said that it wasn't on his instructions! I would think that a tile grouter would observe that the entire shower needed to be grouted. I grouted the floor of the shower the next day! He did not offer to perform the task while he was in our home when I questioned it.

"We are very sorry that you were unhappy. You had called our company the day after the work was completed and the owner called you back that same morning. When David called, you mentioned that Brian did use your toilet for his dirty cleaning water. Our tech's are all supposed to clean any mess that they make. They are instructed to leave the home as clean as they found it if not cleaner. Brian did forget to clean up this area after he was done and the office and the owner both apologized for this error. This is an exception and we are sorry it happened. Brian was not late arriving at your job however. He is very punctual. He was to meet the David, (the owner) at your home at 7:50 that day to obtain the work order for the job and the equipment. Brian was there at 7:50. However David got held up by a traffic accident that morning and was not there around 8:10. The work order states that we would arrive between 8 and 9AM. Brian was there well within that time frame as he knocked on your door around 8:15AM. As for the grout repair on the floor, yes, Brian should have offered to have done that work even thou it was not on his work order. Brian did not feel that he had a color that would match your floor when he was there on the 17th. He should have offered to run and obtain the correct color or come back the next day with the correct color. At the end of a job, we always have the technician go over the work done with the homeowner to see if the work was done to your satisfaction. I do wish you had called the office about the repair on the floor when Brian was there as we would have made sure that it was done. David did offer to come over when he returned your call and do the grout repair but you declined his offer stating that you had done it already.. Again, we apologized for that. When you spoke with David you said the work that Brian did was good, there were no problems with his work. We do not feel we deserved an "F" rating on this job but this was not a job up to our normal standards as Brian did not clean up the one area after he left and did not offer to obtain a matching grout for your floor. We were there on time, the work was done well. But again we do offer our apologies for the mess that was left and for not offering to obtain the grout for the floor. Brian is usually very well liked by homeowners and we have had requests for him to return to do repeat work. We always try to make our customers happy, we are sorry that you were not happy."

It was very reasonable. They were very professional. I had a couple of other estimates and they are the only ones who were tiling around the fire place. They are about at the middle of all the estimates that I got. I like the person who came out too. He is very knowledgeable and nice.

The service went okay. They sent out an advertisement in the mail with a coupon. Part of that coupon says $30 off any grout repair and that restrictions apply. It does not say what the restrictions are. When the estimator came out, I told him I had a coupon. He said he will call his office to have it taken off. Then the office said that I cannot use that coupon. The office people said I could not because it was not a 3-hour minimum, but they charged you for a 3-hour minimum.
