It went really well.  At first, Eddie thought that we would have to buy a newer unit, thinking that our old one was not repairable.  We whined a little bit and encouraged him to try anyway since we had tried to replace it, but the only one we could find locally was not well made and seemed dangerous.  Eddie persisted and managed to replace the thermocouple and it worked.  Having a house call was a bit expensive, but the part was only about 6.00, so all in all, it was about the price of the unacceptable model we had purchased when we thought we couldn't fix the old one.  Very pleased with Eddie and his professional perseverance.

Arrived on time, cleaned grill, ordered replacement paper, cleaned cap-here about go minters . Performed as expected.

They answered the phone right away and we quickly had an appointment scheduled for a few days in the future. Received a call a couple of days before and they were able to arrive a day earlier - Great !! Eddie arrived a few minutes early and went right to work. He did some troubleshooting, found the issue, had the part on his truck, and replaced it within minutes. He spent a few minutes testing and cleaning up - he was done !! Eddie was very friendly and knowledgeable - Great Job !! Everything is working now - Thank you Eddie and Arizona Grill & Hearth !!

Overall it went well. I enjoyed working with Val, Megan, and Roy the project manager. Since it was a big purchase, I took my time at picking out the tile, the Grill, and other accessories. I picked a Lion Grill, not one they sell in the shop. But they were okay with it and worked with Lion Grills directly for me making everything much easier. The bad part of this project was they went with a different tile guy than their normal one to install the tile. He did a bad job so they had to redo all of the tile. They were able to pull their tile guy off another job and my Kitchen was finished. Every guy that came out to do my kitchen except for the first tile guy was very nice, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our happiness. Example: The Painter noticed scratches on my Grill hood, so Roy called Lion and had it replaced.
