We liked our regular serviceman, Robert Probst, but then he was forced to quit Arizona Exterminating. We haven't heard anything from them since then. We have an annual contract that for $540 prepaid, so we're stuck with this company until our contract runs out. We will be looking for another provider after that.

Always professional. Get the job done. Show up when they say they will.

I have a contract with them and they come out every month or two months and spray the house for insects and everything else. I believe they are reasonable for the type of service I need and they are satisfactory. They are pretty personal and they ask me every time they come over what I've seen in the way of insects whenever I need extra help in between the months that they don't come out.

I love their service. They come out when they are supposed to and they ask me if I need the inside of the house done. If I am not here then they will go ahead and do the outside of the house. They are professional and personable. I was upset when somebody else had left the company and someone else came in but I liked him too. My sister also uses them and she is the one that told us about them. They are awesome.

Called and explained problem to the office person and arrangements were made for my first visit. The service person explained how many visits we would probably need and quoted the price and set up a tentative monthly schedule. He worked with my contractor who was putting in new drywall and removing a bar pony wall and made sure all those areas were pest free so when we put up new walls we would be in great shape.

We began quarterly treatments with this company for inside and outside pest service in 2010 and stayed with them for over a year, during which time we had so-so service from the first tech and I asked that he be replaced with someone more thorough. Things seemed just fine until we actually had a pest problem present itself! This is where things went wrong. Hundreds of little black springtails were coming into the house daily. Let me be clear that I was the one who discovered the TYPE of insect we had, NOT the AZ Exterminating company.
The tech had never seen them before and he was supposedly one of their most experienced contractors...really?? The fact that they contract out their tech positions would prove to be a significant contributor to bad service and lack of proper training on the part of the company. Springtails are not as common as some insects found in AZ like roaches or ants, I admit, but they are not uncommon in a large development, which is where we live, and my neighbors 2 blocks over had dealt with them, too. Once I helped the tech identify the type of bug they decided to use DELTA Dust in the walls because regular spraying was doing nothing at all. The problem with Delta, which works great for roaches and silverfish, is that it is a very weak solution for springtails. I found this out by doing my own online research! The tech had no idea what he was doing. The springtail problem continued and they were unable to suggest a solution. They tried sealing up part of the outside wall but the little jumping bugs continued to come in. I finally told them I'd had enough and canceled my service. We ended up fixing the problem ourselves by sealing inside areas where they were finding their way into our bathrooms. We never had the problem again.
Now comes the really unbelievable part of how they dealt with us: While treating the walls with the Delta dust initially, the tech did not use a drop cloth of any kind and ended up cracking one of our custom tiles in the master bathroom in the spot where he kept laying his drill on the floor! Neither he nor the company offered to fix or pay for the damage once informed that it had happened, including the supervisor I spoke to in their offices whose only response was to say he was sorry that it had happened and that the tech we had used was no longer with them. After canceling the service, we made the decision not to take them to court over a square of tile. But nevertheless, we were very angry as the tile was only a year and half old. To add insult to injury, after I spoke with the supervisor, I had to call them back again to tell them that the tech had showed up at our house later that month trying to do another treatment! The supervisor had lied to me and said the tech no longer worked for them! (I guess that absolved them from their legal responsibility in case we decided to take them to small claims over the tile, which we'd decided not to do).
I would never use this company again. The lied, they offered lousy service, they were not knowledgeable about their industry and available treatments for specific infestations, and this company hires contractors they don't require to be properly trained, don't train their techs themselves (or not properly), and their policy is to give you someone clueless about insects to treat an infestation. I would not recommend using them for any service and would warn people to be cautious in dealing with them as I believe they're operating just this side of illegal.

I use them quarterly and pay them $90 every quarter. They are fair and I don't have any termites or pests. I will continue to use them in future.

In one instance our technician phoned me out of state to tell me that there was a rattlesnake on our patio, and he was unable to raise anyone in the house to alert. He left me 3 messages before I was able to return his call. He was apologetic that he wasn't qualified to remove it, but wanted to warn us. (We had the local fire department remove the snake for us.) In another instance he responded to our phone call the same day about seeing wasps entering an exterior can light well. He found a wasp nest and removed it.

Went fine. Very friendly and cooperative staff -- from the office to the field. I selected them for their all pest solution -- which included rodents, etc as well as insects. Our house had not had treatment for a number of years under the previous occupant and there has been a significant reduction in the number of bugs inside. We live near the Saguaro NP, East unit and still haven't seen a single scorpion! We signed up for their annual service, so the pack rats better watch out!

Great. The technicians are great and efficient.

We inherited them from the old owners and because they are familiar with the landscape, have continued to do regular maintenance for us. We have on occasion been able to be home when they show up and we feel that we are getting a great deal.

We really admire them for going places we wouldn't, like the small crawl space down in our basement. They always give us a detailed report on what was found and what they did. We would highly recommend them.

Frank is a really good worker. We have been very happy with the quality of his work and excellent service for over ten years. He is very professional and always on time. I highly recommend him.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR A COUPLE YEARS NOW. THEY HAVE ALWAYS EXCEEDED MY PERFORMANCE STANDARDS. THE WORKERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND. IF I'M OUTSIDE AT THE TIME THAT THEY COME OUT, THEY ALWAYS CONVERSE WITH ME.

THEY WERE ALWAYS VERY PROMPT, RESPONDING WHENEVER WE NEEDED THEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WERE ALWAYS CAREFUL ABOUT OUR PETS. THE JOB THEY DID WAS VERY GOOD FOR ALL THE PEST WERE GONE WHEN THEY WERE THROUGH.
