All I can say is OUTSTANDING! Ken and his team are impeccable. This is the most customer concentric business I have ever worked with. It went great! Amber handled my call efficiently and professionally. Ken was on time, and from the first meeting, we had confidence that he was honest and straightforward. When Ken needed to return after waiting on a part, Amber called to alert us of the status and time of his return.The work was completed as promised. Chris was on time for the estimate and the work. Planned work for any possible delay to prevent problems with a weekend and inspection by the city. Work did not have any delay and city inspector was impressed with work performed.
