My realtor met the inspector Dan Hazel. After requesting my bill, I had to wait 2 months to get sent an invoice, and then had the audacity to tell my realtor that he's sent me an invoice 3 times, and he's simply asking for the inspection price for "the principle". I called January, he requested I send him an email, I did so. Then again in February I sent a reminder asking for my invoice. Then March turns around and he says I'm the culprit?! I would NEVER do business with someone who can't even get their paperwork straight. No organization skills, and will try to slander your name when they are not doing their jobs correctly. Don't recommend to anyone!

We were extremely pleased with the work Arizona Electrical solution did for us. They were very responsive to my call and came out for an estimate quickly. When we decided to have the work done they were able to schedule it the next week. They called to say they could come early and arrived ready to get the job done. We were installing an electric fireplace and they were able to provide expert advice on a way to provide power to the unit without compromising the integrity of the fireplace itself. The solution requiring running wiring down the inside of a wall in a very narrow space. The final result was perfect. At the last minute we asked if they could install an additional ceiling fan where none had existed before, requiring additional wiring. They were happy to do this even though it was not part of the original bid. At all times they were courteous, efficient and proved they knew what they were doing. They even cleaned up. We will definitely call Arizona Electrical Solutions again.

John was very responsive. Called when he said he would. Called to let me know that he could make it earlier and showed up right away. Got right to work and identified bad dryer connection and fixed. Also fixed a loose connection in ceiling fan that was causing it to not work. In the process, two other outlets were fixed too.
He was polite, helpful, and very efficient. Highly recommend his electrical services.

Same day service and quick, professional work. I would highly recommend.

We had a bad ground in an outside outlet that was used for the
irrigation system control panel. We needed someone who could diagnose
the problem and fix it quickly so that we could turn the irrigation
system back on. We had called several other companies earlier in the
week and no one returned our calls or put us on a low priority list.
However, on Sunday, AES sent Robert over to us. He quickly determined
the problem and fixed it. He charged us regular weekday rates too. We
will use this company again.

John was excellent! excellent!, excellent!.

I had 3 estimates done, all from certified electricians. They all said the same things, for the work I needed to upgrade my electrical

service. The huge difference was in the price and attitude of the company. One estimate was from one of the top companies on

your review list, but I found the gentleman to be arrogant, verbally short with me and my questions, and a bit dismissive as if I

didn't know what I was talking about. That's insulating. Beyond that ,the price would have been approx. 50% more-FOR THE

SAME JOB- as Arizona Electrical Solutions LLC.

When I talked to John, he was totally nice and professional from the get go. He was straight forward about the job ,time,

materials and cost. John answered all of my questions and concerns in an easy conversation. Never once did I feel he was trying

to sell my a load of bunk or trying to get one over on me. Thanks John.

One of the best things: John took care of the city inspection/TEP installation on the same day. I explained to him that my mother

was on oxygen and it would be difficult to accommodate for her if city inspection/ electrical service was delayed for 2-5 days. The

other companies never hinted that it was possible to have inspection and service installation on the same day. I was thinking I

would have to be in another location for up to 5 days-more money for me, but John arranged for the city inspection and TEP wire

pull on the same day. That was so huge for me that John said he would arrange it and he did.

I was there during the job and when the city inspector came, I went outside to check on things. It was pretty amazing, the city

inspector was comparing and commenting on the job John did. THE CITY INSPECTOR HAD NOTHING BUT PRAISE about

John's work. The city can be ***, so to hear nothing but compliments from the inspector was impressive to me.

I just want to say this. If you want integrity, honesty and workmanship in an easy but professional manner, you need to consider

Arizona Electrical Solutions before popularity. Now that I know I can trust Az Elec., I won't go anywhere else, even if I have to

wait.

One more thing, John is very, very easy on your eyes.

John Miller was excellent. He was on time, friendly, and careful. He did the absolute minimum damage to the walls he needed to access, cutting the smallest holes possible. This was a very difficult installation, because of some odd construction on the house. When he was finished he also diagnosed and repaired a dangerous electrical problem he found. I will definitely use his services again.

I definitely recommend AES and will be calling them again for my future electrical needs. I just purchased an older house and needed some electrical work to be done to update some outlets to GFIs, fixing a few busted light fixtures, and moving/upgrading some outlets for a kitchen remodel. I called a few electricians for quotes - Jon from AES was the quickest to respond and gave me what felt like a very fair price. Besides being exceptionally responsive and flexible, AES was able to get the work done really quickly. Jon was a pleasure to work with - he was very personable, took the time to explain everything to me in all the detail I wanted, and cleaned up nicely.

John did an excellent job. The junction boxes look great and everything is working as it should. He was always on time and completed the work expeditiously. The price was very reasonable. I was impressed with the work and the price. I will certainly use Arizona Electrical Solutions again for any electrical projects I have.

It was very good. The projects were very difficult to install.

Lots of rust and dampness issues. Arrived on time, called ahead, worked quickly and cleanly.

My home was purchased and quot;as isand quot; in a foreclosure sale 5 years ago. Due to a very bad experience with a contractor early on, (and the ensuing legal issues), I have been extremely reluctant to make any repairs...until I joined Angie's List. But I am still suspicious and leery...I can't help it.
I called Arizona Electrical Solutions late on Friday and left a message. My phone call was returned that day and I was told I would be called on Monday to set up an appointment. At about 8 AM on Monday I was called. They had a delay at a site and could come that day. Pefect for me.
John Miller called about 20 minutes before he arrived. Very professional. I was talking to a landscaper when John arrived and I briefly mentioned my driveway lampost had never worked. While I finished with the landscaper, he got to work resolving that issue. We then addressed 3 unworking outdoor lights. He explained the time, effort, and wiring it would take to make these outdoor lights and the driveway lights work and left the decision to me. I decided I did not need them. John them neatly cut the wiring and removed the fixtures for me. Then placed a weather proof cover over the outlet just in case I later changed my mind.
He then tackled my biggest issue. During my housing inspection when I purchased the home I was told the whirlpool bathtub was incorrectly wired and it was dangerous and I should not use it. I only take showers so I did not care. But I am thinking of selling my home and so I decided I had to have this corrected. John quickly saw the problem was no GFI. He installed one and hooked it up to an unused switch near the tub. I also asked about some electrical wiring on the floor of the closet that was covered with carpet when I bought the home. I took out the carpet and installed ceramic tiles. Because I did not know what the wiring was for I did not tile over that ...but simply put a plastic bin on top of it. John said some of the wires were still active. That it needed an approved plate. He then installed one, and let me know NOT to tile over it.
John spent 2 hours at my home and resolved all my issues that, while not earth shattering, were important to me. Additionally, he found an issue I did not know I had...while all of my outlets are 3 pronged...giving the impression that they are grounded...some are not. He told me 2 methods to correct this problem, gave me an estimate of cost, and then left it to me to decide what to do. After thinking about it for 24 hours, I know I need to have this corrected and I WILL most decidedly be calling Arizona Electrical Solutions to take care of it.

John Miller was great to work with. His friendly, straightforward manner was what sold me on his service. On the day of service John was at our house from early morning until after 11:00 PM. He gave us a complete day, plus. Work was done professionally and he came back the next day for final clean-up. I can easily recommend this form and John for your electrical needs.

They did really good work. They were very professional and punctual. They made sure there was no dust from the drywall when they were done. They took care of everything.

We recently had some work done on our home by Arizona Electrical solutions and were blown away by the service that we received. John Miller came out to the house and assessed and found the problem very quickly. He not only explained to us what we needed to have fixed but also took the time to explain why so that we were not just taking his word for it. He saved us a huge amount of money by solving our problem creatively without sacrificing performance and making sure that everything was up to code. The prices very extremely competitive and affordable and I could not be more satisfied about the work that was done. John took a mess of wires and cables, which was once an eyesore, and created an organized and aesthetically pleasing solution by bending pipes to conceal the mess. john updated our electrical panel and replaced faulty breakers and installed an outdoor spotlight. John came over and immediately got to work on getting the fixture down and figuring out the issue we had with the switches. He fixed that fast and put together my fan for me and set it all up. Great price and really great work! He even took the time to make some recommedations for my kitchen lighting issue after hearing me complain a bit about the lack of light I have from my current track lighting system. USE THESE GUYS!!!
