I have had to call him several times about this after he installed it for me and I haven't had any issues. I think he is fantastic. His prices were very affordable.

The kitchen sinks backed up last night after dinner.  The disposal side backed into the second sink and neither would drain. I plunged without success.  I emptied the pipes below the sink, including the p-trap and then ran the water again.  Still nothing would drain so I knew it was somewhere in the pipe and it was beyond my expertise.  I originally called a different plumber and he said that it wasn't something he normally handled, but he referred me to Arizona Drain Specialists.  I called (at 6:30 AM) and the owner, Dick Hanson, answered.  I told him my sad story and he was confident he could solve the problem.  He said he would have someone there around 9 AM.  A call from his business later confirmed that and also indicated a plumber may arrive earlier, if that was alright with me.  It was and the plumber, Carlos, showed up around 8:20 or so.  
Carlos looked over the situation and determined he needed to use his pipe cleaning machine.  He accessed the line from under the sink and ran the machine until he was sure the line was clear.  He kept me informed throughout the process.  Before he removed the line he took great care to cover the bottom of the cabinet and the floor to protect them from the sludge.  He reassembled the piping, tested everything and everything worked fine and there were no leaks.  He provided a 90 day guarantee and he was confident that my problem had been solved.
The drain is working fine now and there are no leaks.  I'm very satisfied and would use this company again should the need arise.
