Arico Plumbing Heating Cooling

I've been a client of Arico for nearly 20 years & they've always provided excellent service, with professional & qualified staff. On this visit, Robert did a great job installing the new water heater. There were challenges in removing the old heater, but with his experience & expertise, they were resolved quickly. This is the second time Robert has been the technician to assist with a plumbing problem. He's always professional, but at the same time very personable & easy to deal with. When I saw him pull up in the truck, I was glad to see him again. Once the installation was completed, the area was cleaned up nicely. Will definitely call Arico in the future, and hopefully Robert will be the technician to answer the call.

As in the past, I was very pleased with the initial evaluation/estimate. He took the time to thoroughly examine the situation and explain the options. He even volunteered to make a return trip once Ihad done further excavation in order to provide a more accurate estimate. The work itself was performed well the, workers were punctual, professional and spent the time to do the job to high standards. I would certainly use Arico again.

The installer seemed inexperienced. Replacing the water heater took him two trips on two different days. He had trouble figuring out where to shut off the electricity to the water heater-- and ended up damaging the fuses, which had to be replaced before the new water heater would work.

I would highly recommend Arico.  Since moving to the area about a year ago I had tried two other plumbing companies.  They were average, so I kept looking.
I first took advantage of a toilet special that Arico had listed on their website.  Everyone I have interacted with has been responsive and professional.  Mike came out to install the toilet and did an above average job, even running out to get a specially colored caulk to use that matched my floor; this was at no additional charge to me. Mike was also willing to give some advice about another troublesome toilet I had.
I was so happy with the experience that I had Arico return to replace a second toilet and the kitchen faucet.  I requested and got the same technician.  Again, I was not disappointed.
Arico will be getting my plumbing business from now on.

They're good, reliable and honest. They cleaned out the pipe well. They're reliable and came when they said they would. That's important, when you have plumbing problems. I don't have anything bad to say about them, because we've had them for years and we've always been satisfied with them.

My experience with ARICO was fantastic.  I had called other recommended plumbers/HVAC providers and they either couldn't do the job because they only did plumbing work or they only did airconditioning work or they didn't return my call at all.  ARICO came right out to the house and gave me a very reasonable estimate.  The man they sent out was very nice and very professional.  Early the next morning they sent a plumber and an HVAC team and within 3 hours they had the whole job completed.  Both the gentlemen who did the work were also very nice and very professional.  I would not hesitate to use ARICO for any future plumbing or airconditioning problems.  Also, the water tank they installed was the very highly rated Bradford White model.

The plumbers were friendly and professional and completed the work within one-half hour with the new faucet we purchased and couple of additional parts they supplied.  We had an Angie's List coupon and did understand after receiving the invoice that the coupon was a specific dollar amount to be credited from the total bill.  The plumber arrived with a helper who obviously does not work for free (surprise surprise $30/Hour).  Again, both were friendly and professional, however, my husband felt that having to pay an additional amount for the helper was not necessary since  he or I could have supplied the less than 10 minute help in holding the faucet and sprayer for the plumber.  Otherwise so far we are satisfied with the work.
