ARCADIA LANDSCAPE INC

If I could leave zero stars, I would. They charged $1992 to cut grass and prune a single tiny volunteer tree around the front of the property -- hired by the city of Tucson with no prior warning to me (I'm the landlord/owner but don't live on site) so no wonder they were able to bid so high. After I got involved (3 months after the fact due to the city's lack of response time), some ridiculously rude women at this business REFUSED to send before/after photos. Wonder why!? My handyman/landscaper went over there shortly after their work had been done and said it was a complete disaster. These people are a bunch of snakes pulling wool over the eyes of Tucson residents via the city and overcharging for absolute garbage service and work. I'd prefer do my own landscaping with children's scissors blindfolded before ever considering using them for anything.. and it would probably look better as well

Arcadia did a great job. Pete came out several times to work on the design, discuss the plans, introduce the contractors, and follow up. He was very responsive to my input, and very personable and pleasant to work with. He was very happy to discuss the cost of different options and make suggestions without over-selling. The actual contractors were efficient, polite, and cleaned everything up very well. Immediately after installation there was a problem with the pipe leaking, but they came out and fixed it right away, after explaining what had happened. We had some bricks on site and they incorporated those into the walkway, which helped lower the cost. The estimate for the project turned out to be the exact bill, so there were no unpleasant surprises.

They were very prompt. The man who did the work, Carlos, seemed very good at what he was doing. Parts all seemed very high quality and workmanship professional. I thought price a little high, but reasonable.

While Arcadia had good reviews from others on regular yard maintenance, they referred us to a third-party individual. He was initially responsive, but very quickly became unreliable. Instructions were not followed and he claimed, and charged us for, a day of yard work thinking we were out of town...but we were home all day and no work was done. When confronted about this, he just "disappeared" and we haven't heard from him sense. While not directly Arcadia's fault, we are not going to use them again and are going to another firm for our maintenance needs.

I REALLY LIKED THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK AND GOT THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE IT DONE BY.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN I NEED THEM TO. THEY GET THE JOB DONE WHEN STATED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THE PRICE WAS UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS.
