i called Arcadia Carpet Systems and was kindly greeted by Gloria, services and prices were explained, and an appointment was quickly assigned. The day before my service, Gloria called to remind me of the appointment and to confirm. On the day of the service, Daniel came out on time and walked through the house with me. I explained the areas that I was concerned about and we discussed options for cleaning. I appreciated his patience and I felt that he really listened to me and did exactly what he said that he would do. The carpets were beautifully cleaned and smelled great. I would definitely recommend Arcadia Carpet Systems to friends and family.

there was some marks left on my carpet from the wheels on the machine, so I had to call them to come back and remove them from the carpet. they did so in a timely manner, so the issue was resolved.

Hamstra Heating and Cooling contracted to remove our old heater and A/C and replace it with a new system. Part of the job was the cleaning and sealing of our ductwork for which Hamstra subcontracted Arcadia. Mark Diezel arrived on time and did an excellent job with me watching over their shoulder at nearly every turn. Even with such distraction (and finding a particularly "dirty" and hard to reach area, but not giving up on it), Mark and his team were finished cleaning in less time than they had scheduled.
Sealing the ductwork was interesting because the "Fix-a-flat" kind of stuff they sprayed in the ducts to seal the wee holes "leaked" out through the light fixtures and set off the smoke detector. Several times. Such fun! %^)
Arcadia came, they saw, and they conquered (reduced duct leakage by 92%) and my wife and I will reap the benefits of cleaner air and more efficient heating and cooling. Thank you!

They did a fantastic job. Our carpets look brand new. It did cost extra for the deep clean and it was worth it. The guy got right to it and had a great personality. They were very polite, whatever they used has kept it smelling clean and it has not attracted dirt. We are very pleased with them. I o not have to replace my rugs. They were on time and very professional. We will use them again.

the tech Josh was very polite and knows his stuff well. The floor looks great and carpet the that was very bad turned out fantastic .This is the second time I have used them and I will never use anyone else and most of all I feel comfortable with them in my home

"We have no record of cleaning air ducts for the member, nor do I have any record of cleaning air ducts totalling $420 under any other name in the month April 2012. Also, I show no deposits for that amount. We did clean carpet for the member on April 6th 2012. I have called in order to find out if there is any documentation to prove that we did the cleaning. I have not received a response. Unfortunately it appears that there has been a case of mistaken identity."

They did fine. I really don't recall how much I spent on their services but I know it was fine. They were reasonable. There were a couple of places that were stained and they didn't get that out. They were fine. I would probably use them again in the future but I would just talk to them about the spots.

Very punctual, basic cleaning went very well, unfortunately some spots were not deep-cleaned and returned--we followed up and did them ourselves later - nice people and hardworkers

I have used them several years for carpet cleaning in my home and at my business. I'm always very satisfied with their work. They are able to revitalize the carpets at my work when they get especially dirty. They have done well and I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them again soon.

SECOND HOUSE CARPETS WERE NOT CLEANED IN CORNERS. LEFT BEHIND LINT AND DEBRIS ON CARPET. HAD TO LEAVE AND DID NOT CHECK WORK PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF CLEANING

Daniel explained ahead of time exactly what I could expect, and what he would be doing. He was careful to explain what might not get cleaned, and what he expected he would be able to clean at a very reasonable extra charge. Since these are old carpets, I had no problems with what he said, and I also opted for the spray-on protector for just the one bedroom with the shag carpet.
He went right to work, and completed the job efficiently and well. The berber looks better than I ever expected it to look. No, it is not perfect, but it was a terrible mess before, and it looks 1000% better now. It cleaned up exactly as Daniel said it would. The shag carpet, which was not stained or heavily used, looks pretty much like a new rug even though it's 30 years old.

Both times we used them, they had problems with leaky carpet scrubbers. When the machines were allowed to sit in one spot, they absolutely *soaked* the carpet in those spots. By soaked, I mean I had to lay towels down and jump on them, and the towels came up wringing wet. They did not identify these soaked spots themselves, but when I noticed them, they provided fans to help dry the soaked spots. Thanks. I love having industrial fans on in my house for 48 hours. I thought the first time was a fluke--it could happen. They might need to identify and fix a machine. Once. After it happened a second time I figured there was a problem with maintenance, or training, or just carelessness. Whatever. I never invited them back. (And then I got rid of the carpets!)

"It's difficult to know how to respond to a 6 year old complaint without sounding defensive. However, I will try. Since 2008 we have used only truck mounted equipment. We've upgraded our cleaning solutions and we've reduced our work force. These changes have yeilded consistant and improved results. We won't tell you that your carpet will look brand new with a basic cleaning at a cost of $5.00-$16.50 per room, as much of our competition will do, only to surprise you later with extra charges. We will tell you that every situation is different. Some jobs require much more work than others, and that fact will be reflected in the price. We will also tell you that we're not perfect. While we strive to do the very best job possible, life sometimes puts obstacles in our way. We know that unexpected difficulties can be unpleseant for our customers as well as for us. So we constantly try to mitigate the possibility by maintaining our equipment regularly and practicing safe cleaning habits. The technician called before arrival and arrived well within the scheduled time. He went over the service and made recommendations. He was enthusiastic in performing the work and did a wonderful job. He cleaned areas that I did not feel would return to a good condition. As a result of his professional work our carpet has been returned to new condition. I will use Arcadia again in the future and hope to have the same technician.

I talked with Victoria on the phone....very gracious and understanding because I had to rescheduled a couple of times. They were very willing to work with us when we couldn't do the scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. I got an upfront estimate. They cleaned everything thoroughly even closet carpets and around the toilets. Very nice people.

The final price was $100 more than I was quoted. Service worker was polite but, carpet did not come clean and he left it very wet which took days to dry. I was very disappointed!

I was very happy with the results. They came on time and charged fairly, and my carpets were clean at the end of the day. The stains were not deep so they removed them easily and the rest was just dirt caused by time.

Definitely was a well done job. didn't take long for the appt. The service man was very professional and thorough. I was also satisfied with the cost which was quite a bit less than another company, who I had used before and I thought the work was every bit as good if not better.

WEVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES TO CLEAN OUR CARPETS. THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK EVERY TIME. THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP THEIR MESS. THEY COME RIGHT OUT WHEN EVER WE CALL THEM.

WE'RE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE JOB THEY PERFORMED ON THE TILE. THE TILE HAD STREAKS ON IT AFTER THEY CLEANED IT. I THOUGHT THEY TRIED THEIR BEST. THEY GOT SEALER ON THE FURNITURE. WE WEREN'T REAL HAPPY ABOUT IT BEING ON THE FURNITURE.

THEY WERE VERY POLITE ON THE PHONE WHEN WE CALLED. THEY MADE SURE WHAT AREA OF THE HOUSE THEY WERE CLEANING. THEY WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE VERY OBSERVANT OF THE STAINS THEY WERE GETTING OUT OF THE CARPET.
