We are a locally owned, family business. We purchase domestic products. Tell us what you need, and we will deliver it to your doorstep. If you don't know what you need, we won't try to diagnose it over the phone. We will actually come to your pool and see what the problem is. If you use our products, our on site advice is free. If we do your repairs, estimates are free. Will will meet or beat any competitors price on identical products. We do not use or sell any inferior chemicals. You will get a quality product for the same price plus you will get the benefit of our many years of doing pool business with honesty and integrity.

Absentee homeowners need to be confident that their pool is serviced regularly -- We lost confidence in our service when we tested the quality of the spa water on an unannounced trip to Tucson and found it heavily over-chlorinated.
While it is altogether possible that this was a one time failure by a careless technician, it also could be simply a means by a technician to avoiding algae blooms between very extended visits to the house.
We terminated the service and installed an internet camera pointing at the pool which allows us to ensure that there is a continuous record of pool service by the new supplier.

"Dear Sir, 1st let me apologize for taking so long to answer. I have had some log in problems. But, excuses aside, I'm so sorry that you feel your pool was not serviced as scheduled. There are numerous reasons why the chlorine was high. Had you called us on the day you were there, we would have had an honest answer for you. We take extra good care of our absentee clients by always doing a walk around and noting anything out of place. We consider ourselves to be an extra set of eyes for you. I' m disappointed with the C rating as I know you had no recurrings issues with us and this one incident did no harm and I'm confidant there was a valid reason for this reading. We were in need of a new motor. The shaft seal has started to leak causing a bearing to be very noisy. Hey competitor had advised me that is in Arizona it is the law that a motor must be replaced with the Neewer variable speed pump systems. I called Aqua Solutions and was told that since my motor was only a three quarter horsepower motor I would be exempt from that necessity. So I was able to get a replacement three quarter horse motor which was installed the day after I had called. I was very happny with the service tech Rich. He noticed the the filter pressure was very high and i should clean it.

As always, Rich and his crew did a stellar job. They came at the scheduled time but found the roof was not completely dry--still tacky--so they scheduled their work for another day. When they came, they worked hard and completed the work. All in all it was more than 5 hours work and the results are excellent.
When we discovered a leak in one of the coils several months ago, Rich suggested we wait to repair it until we had scheduled the roof re-sealing after the winter rains. That way they didn't have to charge us double for the repairs because everything was done at once. That's the kind of company you keep!
Whenever we need assistance, they are available with problem-solving advice and perform repairs right away. They are a great group of people, from the office staff to the weekly service provider to the owner. They're practically like family. I give them an A+++.

We have dogs, and they are big. Ridgeback and a pit bull. Mike knocks at the door, and we sequester the dogs while he takes care of all the general maintenance and chemicals. He then leaves us with a door hang-tag telling us how it went, and what he saw for future upkeep. Then he disappears until the next week. He is in, out, and then gone in 15 minutes.
And when Mike is on vacation, Rich follows the same procedure.
We've had three pool companies before we found Aqua Solutions and nothing indicates that we will be looking for a new pool company any time soon.

The owner provided excellent service. Chris is very professional, he not only gave suggestions on the choice of the filter system, but also provided solutions. I had concerns using sand filter because the backwash could deform public area. Chris suggested to used a tool to avoid damaging public area. He made an excellent system which I could use for back wash, and he made that even for free. I highly recommends this company. They are very honest, and there is not hiding fee whatever.

All work was done in a timely, professional manner. They were also able to help us with a new filter system for our pool. All looks wonderful.

We bought our home in June of this year. Aqua Solutions were recommended to us by a friend as we had never owned a pool before. We had them come out and teach us how to take care of our pool. Our "teacher" Rich, was great! He was patient, a fabulous teacher and spent hours with us giving us instruction on every item necessary for maintaining the pool. I felt great about this company. About a month later, the pool motor would not run. I called Aqua Solutions and Rich came about right away. He checked it out and told me that the motor was just clogged with debris and I did not need a new motor. Imagine a company NOT trying to sell you a piece of equipment! A few weeks later, I had an issue with my motor again. This time I had to use a company that was on my home warranty list, a different company came out and, to make this long story shorter, made it much worse than than the reason I had called. So,feeling like I had no where to turn, I phone Aqua Solutions and find out Chris, the owner, was recently added to my home warranty list! Hooray. They came out, assessed the damage and got all the wrongs righted from the "other" pool company. I will never use another pool company again. Aqua Solutions will have my business. I cannot say enough nice things about Aqua Solutions, If you own a pool and want one less thing to worry about, call Aqua Solutions and let them take care of it.
