Apperson's did a wonderful job from start to finish. They sent a technician out immediately even though it was late in the day. They quickly diagnosed the leak and since the parts supplier was already closed, Jose returned first thing the next morning (which was a Saturday) to complete the repair. Great service!

The entire experience was hassle free and went very well. The response was immediate, Mario was very professional and the repair was made with no problems whatsoever. The office staff was great as well.

I wasn't real pleased. The service was fine, the people were good, in terms of that. The guy that came out, I was not happy with the guy that came out to do the work. They came out to clear the drain. They have this thing, while we're there we do a free inspection of all your other stuff, which he did not do, he didn't even ask about it. He did a half-assed job of cleaning out the drain. I had to have someone else come back to do it. The people at the place were fine. They called me up and told me when he was going to be here, that he was going to be late. They gave me a discount because of that. So, that was fine. It was just him. It wasn't anything to do with Apperson in general.

He was correct, everything worked out fine. That saved us money and verified that he wasn't just in it for the house call when we could check things out ourselves. To us, that means a repeat customer.

Super friendly when you call in to make your appointment, the technician was super nice, and everyone communicated very well with us, but the cost seems ridiculous. $93 dollars to run an and quot;air test on 1and quot; gas line where 15 lbs. held, 1/2 hour.and quot; We also asked about connecting a powder room sink that is already connected - just needed a little work to get it up and running - and he wanted to charge us $100 for that. They just seem pricey but they seem really nice!

About 4 days after I moved into my house I received jolting news from Tucson Water Co. that I needed to install a backflow valve because they determined that I had an active well on the property. I called several companies and selected Apperson Plumbing. Apperson was in the middle of the price range and offered a senior discount. The original appointment date needed to be moved but we had enough notice and it caused no inconvenience. Amanda, the office manager, was very courteous and responded rather quickly to any emails or phone calls. On the 27th, Jeff came out and supervised another plumber, Jesus, on the installation. In the interim, Jeff departed to pick up a replacement gas line and a gauge for the propane tank feeding our kitchen stovetop. When the installation of the backflow valve was completed, Jeff did a final inspection and sent off the required report to Tucson Water. He then installed the gas line/gauge. Because we anticipate additional plumbing work, we asked him to do a walk through the house to get some advice on faucets. Everything went well and we'll probably be seeing Jeff or one of his workers in the near future. The backflow installation included a cover for the unit (outside) and an expansion tank on the water heater as require by current code.

He is the world's best plumber. I trust him with my life and I don't trust anybody with my life. He is that good. We had 5 days of below freezing temperatures and our houses were never built to handle 5 days of freezing temperatures. He actually came around and saw all of the people that he does business with to make sure our pipes were as taped and covered as we could make them ahead of time, not after the fact. He was trying to keep us from having problems and he didn't charge. He really does a good job for me and I hate plumbing. I live in a 1929 house that has some really interesting plumbing. He does a lot of work in our area. He just does the right job and he doesn't charge for work that he doesn't do. He also doesn't suggest that we should redo this and that. No push, no pressure. They are nice and pleasant. I trust them. Their rates are fair for the work they do on my house. They are not super cheap but they are super good. They do good work. They show up when they say. They are the only people that I will use.

Every time I have hired them the guy has come when he is supposed to, he has gotten it done in no time flat, and he has done it right. They are reliable, they don't waste time, and they don't charge too many hours. I have been happy with their work and I think they do it for good prices.

Our sewer system had symptoms of slow flow. We had used them in the past for regular plumbing work and they were very good. The workers were good, but we did not have them do the whole project. It was too involved and needed both additional digging, which we did ourselves over time, and other contracted work was required. We had other contractors do the final projects in stages in later months.

The dispatcher explained that there was a $15 vehicle charge, that the rate was $78 an hour, and that billing at $78 an hour included travel time, from the time the plumber called to say he was on his way. The plumber told me billing started when he got the word from the dispatcher so there was a discrepancy of maybe 10/15 minutes on the bill. That's my only criticism. The plumber arrived in a timely fashion both times he was called. He patiently and efficiently went to work under my sink. See above for rest of story as "services performed." Good plumber. It worked for me.

Experience was good/OK. The work was performed on the date arranged. The company dispatcher called to say that the installers had been dispatched to the house. The work was done competently enough. It was not the neatest work nor, probably, at the least cost. But, the two new toilets have not leaked in the three weeks since they were installed. The toilets replaced were 30+ years old, so the old retaining bolts and other hardware needed to be completely replaced. Toilet tanks were not installed level; however, they would work as expected, and the new seals have held.

Showed up at appointed time. This was the second repair for the same problem. First repair on underground PVC lasted 4 weeks (fitting cracked, done by a different firm). I asked this guy to do it right. He explained "ultimate" fix and cheaper repair options. Wound up replacing some PVC and iron pipe with bronze and copper. No problems with this repair. Pricey, but probably necessary.

THEY INSTALLED THE SINK SO THE OTHER WORKERS COULD FINISH WITH THE COUNTER TOP. THEY WERE GOOD TO WAIT FOR THEM TO PIT IN DISPOSAL. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. I CALLED LATE AT NIGHT AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO REPLACE THE VALVE. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THEY WOULD COME OUT AFTER HOURS. THE MAN THAT CAME WAS VERY POLITE.
