Equipment is in their truck, not a hand held cleaner. They move the furniture (what company does that anymore?!?!) and after cleaning the whole carpet looks new. Does not pack down. All heavy walkways are just as clean as under the furniture! I was super impressed. Environmentally conscious, too!

Cost $250.00 for about an hour to hour and a half of work. I thought this was a little steep, but workmen were very pleasant and seemed fairly knowledgeable. There was some mess in master bath from when they removed the duct grill, and unfortunately, they let the mess fall on my toothbrush without looking below at what debris might affect. They also did not clean this up. Other than that, fairly good experience.

They show up on time and do a really fantastic job. I do not think that there is not a stain that they cannot remove. One time I had a spot that didn't come out (it showed up after the carpet had dried), I called them and they were back out that afternoon and took care of it. It is obvious that they take great pride in their work and they should. The owner is just great and really knowns the business. He has a lot of knowledge about stains.

PermaClean showed up on time and did a pretty thorough job cleaning the air ducts. They were effective and didn't over-charge. They missed a little dirt on the clean-up but overall I was very pleased with what they did.

I REALLY LIKE DEALING WITH THEM FOR THE FACT THAT IF I RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE THEY GIVE ME MONEY OFF OF MY NEXT VISIT. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, AND VERY RELIABLE.
