INDICATED THAT GREG DID NOT SHOW UP EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CALLED AND PROMESSED THAT HE WAS GOING TO SHOW UP, AND WOULD NOT RECOMEND THE SERVICE

I had the pleasure of working with Debra and her exceptional team recently, I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their professionalism was evident in every interaction. Debra knowledge and experience, were helpful Mike ensured that every detail was meticulously handled while working in uncomfortable weather situations. His responsiveness and transparency made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, working with Debra and her team was a fantastic experience. They not only delivered outstanding results. I would not hesitate to utilize them again in both my work and personal windows related care.

Glass was ordered, 10 days out, and glass arrived a little early. Installation was scheduled. Technicians were on time and very professional. If we were keeping our house, I would definitely hire them for other glass replacement.

Turned my negative into a positive! I had an emergency auto window repair and I was squeezed in next day by Alicia. When I came in I was helped by Sam to get the parts in that day. Followed by Mike who promptly repaired my window. It's not everywhere that you'll meet the business owners and they'll share with you how they came about. But I met Andy and Deborah and with their emphasis on customer service I know they will be in business a loooong time. I highly recommend Andy's American Glass. Very professional and quick to complete the job

Greg from Andy's American Glass was on time, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed our glass door - when a previous company told us that we would have to have an expensive replacement - and it is working perfectly! Greg saved us a LOT of time and money.

The shower door was installed well but was not adjusted to remove the gap between the wall and door. I adjusted it myself and it was not too difficult. I would have expected the installer to make that adjustment.

Mike was very efficient and did a great job of installing the screens. I would recommend Andys American Glass very highly.

Two friendly workers came to re-install a very heavy bathroom mirror that had separated from the wall after 25 years. They were in and out in 5 minutes. Charge to do so was fair. Pleased with their work.

Gentleman came out on time, measured for the new window, (damaged window leaked and was double paned). I went on vacation, came back 10 days later and he installed the new window the next day. Very nice person.

Broken kitchen dual pane. Took about 10 days turn around. I have used Andy before and was good with service. I would have given 5 stars but Greg who removed our window used a crowbar of some type and bent the inside framing. He fixed them once the window in place, but I do no like the bent frame. Also did not clean up the inside dust and mess on our countertops and sinks. I had to pull out my own vacuum and clean up. Otherwise, work was good and I would use them again. Elena at the home office is always helpful and good about calling.

The installer was to be at my house for a 9:00 appointment. He didnt show up until 12:45! The window tint for complete privacy was easily seen through. The inferior product was removed and I was promised a different tint which would ensure complete privacy, but there was no follow-through.

Customer service is professional and top notch. Actual service on my window was great. Service Tech was professional, friendly and expedient. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

The company is fine, but the worker who came out was not very friendly.
