Andy's came out on time, and opened the door plus repair the lock. He ended up removing the lock cylinder and taking it into the office where he could do more work on it.  (Another locksmith an hour earlier had wanted $244. just to open the lock which did not include any repair.)  He tried had to preserve the integrity of the lock so that it could be repaired.

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE RESPONSE TIME. THEY WERE HERE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. THEY CHARGED US A VERY INEXPENSIVE PRICE. IT IS SO NICE THAT WE CAN RELY ON SOME ONE SO QUICK.
