Not as well as anticipated. There were a number of areas where revisions to basic areas had to be re-submitted for approval. Had the builder not caught them, there would have been additional delays and cost. Attention to detail was lacking. Examples: the new bathroom wall was placed directly under a skylight. This was caught by the builder and by us as construction was taking place.Obviously a change had to be made. There was an obvious need for a electrical sub- panel inasmuch as the main panel clearly was full and couldn't accommodate additional "positions". None was shown-thus another revision. The electrician and builder indicated that this too was basic.
