They came to the house and disconnected the TV and took it to their store. Back in their shop, they assessed the problem, and then gave me an estimate for the repair.There was no pressure for me to authorize the repair. (I would have ended up paying $85 for the pick up and diagnosis.)
I was given a range of cost in the estimate. In the end, I paid about $20 more than the high estimate. (Tax?)
.They ordered the correct part, replaced the part, and returned the TV to my home within a week. At the agreed upon time they arrived and reinstalled the TV and made sure it was working before they left.
