My mom who is elderly hired this company to fix her ice maker on her refrigerator. Two men came and I have no idea what they did. They definitely didn't fix her ice maker and charged her 329.99. In top of that after they left they charged her another 100.00 When I spoke to two other companies they both said that was extremely high. Worst part is I contacted Adam and told him of the situation he brushed me off said he would call back and I've yet to hear from him. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY BAD BUSINESS Also to take advantage of an elderly woman is dispocable

He came to house the same day I callled. He attempted to repair the ice maker in the fridge. We just ordered a new one and a week later is was available. He came by a second time to install it. He showed up on time and gave me an update as well. Much appreciated!

My washing machine had stoped working. I called ALMLI appliance repair and Adam, the technician, was very flexible regarding what time he could come to our home for the repairs. Very satisfied with not only the professionalism but the work and the expediency in which they worked. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the work. My GE oven that I purchased in 2012 just stopped working, everything, oven and burners all at once. I called Adam and he came the same day to help. He diagnosed it immediately and all is now working perfectly. It did not require parts so he charged me only the fee for coming to my home ($89.99). I was so delighted to have my oven back to 100%. It can be true where a repair person stays awhile and inserts something or does something and the bill can be large. Adam was swift, careful, honest and very kind. I would hire him again for my appliance repairs. Thank you, Adam.

Customer service was great! He not only fixed my washer snd dishwasher but suggested that I could order a part for it if it was needed in the future instead of just buying another appliance when this dishwasher is only 5 years old ! Will definitely use his services again!

Adam was very professional, he quickly assessed what was needed and made arrangements for a follow up visit when the part came in. When it came in, he scheduled the repair for soon after and quickly did what he needed to do to get the oven back up to snuff. His efforts are much appreciated :)

I’m really glad I picked Almli Appliance Repair. Great customer service right at the start, with a short conversation He was fairly certain that my fridge had a faulty compressor(a very expensive repair approx. $1000) which was a known problem with the model I have. To be certain I scheduled for him to come out and diagnose the problem and he was right. While he was here he was able to tell us the the unit was under five years old with the manufacturer code he found on the fridge which means it’s still under the manufacturer’s warranty, saving me from either paying to fix it or buying a brand new refrigerator!
