Allan Fire Protection Systems

They were the most cost-effective service in the area. They also kept their price for a very long time over 60 days which most companies would not do. They were very cordial very helpful and very professional. I would refer them to anyone who needs this service.

The water for the fire suppression system is turned off at the water main, so I was without water and electricity (due to water damage).  I called Cutler Fire Protection as that is what I found on Angie's List.  Cutler said the earliest they could come was the next afternoon, and they would not repair, just cap to get water restored and then come back at another time to repair.  So the next afternoon came and went and Cutler did not show up.  Starting at 4:15pm, began calling Cutler office and no answer, no answering machine.  So, I then went to phone book and chose a competitor (Allan Fire Protection).  They were closed as they had an answering machine that informed me their working hours were 7am-4pm.  I left a message and got up early the next morning to call at 7am.  As I was dialing, my phone rang and it was Allan Fire Protection.  They had someone they were ready to send out immediately.  They would repair that morning. Needless to say they did and as they were finishing up, I got a call from Cutler (around 10am) saying they were sending some one out.  I told them that since I had not heard from them, I had gone with Allan Fire Protection and they were just finishing up the work.
Heaven forbid, if there are problems with the fire suppression system elsewhere in the house........will call Allan Fire Protection.
