I phoned Arturo Duran, owner of All Durable Masonry and he promptly set up a free estimate visit. I paid for the block to replace a large section of the adobe wall (31 feet x 4 feet) cost $1000. He showed up the next morning with a demolition crew, made clean cuts in the cracks to repair, and the broken adobe was hauled to the dump. He also brought over block samples to match the adobe. He delivered the block and worked for two entire days with another mason. Then mud washed the brick to match the rest of the adobe wall. He filled in the huge cracks and then painted them with a mortar/adobe mix to match the wall. The missing mortar form the electrical job was also replaced with a matching color. He did an incredible job with clean-up. I didn't have to redo anything. End of job I paid him the remaining $1200.
