Alexander's did an outstanding job. My car is a 15 year old SUV with 220K miles that has never been detailed before. Needless to say, the interior was in bad shape. The detailer put in the extra work to make it sparkle.

Michael did an amazing job - bot cars look like new ( including the 2007 car). Prompt, courteous and incredible attention to detail. VERY PLEASED!!

First of all, WOW! Not only did they surpass my expectations, but they kicked it up a notch and amazed me!  From the first contact, Michael was friendly, helpful and a joy to do business with.  Dropping off the car was easy and he called as soon as it was done. Now for the magic part...my upholstery was badly stained from having two young grandkids spilling food and drinks, getting stuff under car seats that wasn't discovered until much later, etc.  Ok, I admit I may have spilled a soda or two myself.  Anyway, the best I was hoping for was to lighten up the stains on the very light colored fabric on the seats.  Well, you would think I had a new car when they got done with it!  They were even able to remove the bluish coloring that had rubbed off from the dye on a pair of new jeans. I could not believe the results.  Moving on to the engine compartment.  Again...WOW! It truly looked like a brand new engine! The nooks and crannies were all cleaned thoroughly, the wheels looked brand new and cleaner than I have ever seen them!  I can't say enough about this business.  I will be bringing all my future detailing business to them AND will be referring everyone I know with confidence that their experience will be every bit as awesome as mine!  

Michael was great. He advised me on what type of service I'd need to get my car looking good again. (And it cost less than I expected.) There was some yellow street paint inside the wheel well and he and his crew were able to remove that, as well as repair some minor scratches, etc. The car looked beautiful when it was finished. And the coat of wax is still going strong 2 months later. He also dropped me off and picked me up at a coffee shop down the street so that I would not have to wait at the shop. Terrific service. Highly recommended.

It was a good experience. Mike was very polite, friendly and professional. I had the idea the engine compartment would look brand new. But of course with 214K miles the engine certainly got quite filthy. He did a very good job of cleaning it up. 
Pricing seemed to be equivalent to other places.

We took our niece's car to Michael after reading all the excellent reviews given about him and his work. The vehicle was very dirty and needed some extraordinary attention. When arriving to pick up the car, we almost didn'trecognize it! Inside and out, the car looked like the day it came off the dealership floor! I found Michael to be very professional with an unusually high degree of work ethic. He treats the vehicles he services as though they were his own. there is no doubt in my mind that I would return to this man for any further work!

Amazing!!!  That's the appropriate term to explain the outstanding level of service provided by Michael at Alexander Automotive Detailing.  From the day I took my car in for an estimate to the completion of the work today, everything was first class.  My car is a 2004 Pontiac GrandAm, the first brand new car I've ever owned.  It only had 6 miles on it when it was delivered.  So, as you can imagine, I have babied this car and taken very good care of it . . . inside, outside, and mechanically.  However, one day I got careless and had paint overspray all over my car.  I truly wasn't sure the finish could ever be restored.  I took the car into Michael's shop to have him check the car and hopefully tell me it could be "fixed" and provide an estimate.  He greeted me with a warm smile and a handshake and we went out to look at my car.  He walked all around the car, asked what type of paint I'd used, and he went inside and came out with a bottle of solution and a cloth.  He wiped a small area on the back fender to see how well it would work, and it worked great.  There were some areas where the paint was more concentrated where he had to used other methods to remove the paint without marring the finish.  After a few hours, he came into the waiting room and told me to come have a look.  I was amazed at the difference in the finish, and even the windows!!!   To say I was pleased with the outcome is an understatement!!  Michael performed a small miracle with my car and I'm truly grateful and very relieved.  He was courteous, personable, and professional in every way.  Considering the wonderful work he did on my car, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Do NOT hesitate to use Mike's services! He truly IS as good as all the reviews here and on YELP say he is! Worth every penny! :-) I will definitely use his company again.

It went great and excellent. I've used them many times.

My 2005 Highlander  has light gray cloth seats, and had ten year's accumulation of black dog hair in the back seat, deeply embedded in the fabric.  Alexander Auto Detail spent hours working on removing the dog hair, and  they were able to get rid of about 99.9 % of it.  It was a very tough job, and they did it amazingly well.
Car interior now looks almost as good as new.  Am planning to sell it this year, and I think the value added to my car by the detailing far exceeds the cost of the service.

Outstanding work on my 2010 Challenger. Car looks like it did when I purchased it. Will definitely use him again.

ALEXANDER detail has continued to do great detail services on my cars... including a custom show car.  Great service good people. Highly recommended. 

Michael (owner) did an excellent job. I purchased my car in January, and the dealer had left such a heavy coat of wax on it that as dust settled I could see each swipe mark. It was awful - I didn't want anyone to see my new car look so awful!
Michael did a terrific job, and she looked shiny and new. My 20" wheels sparkled, and the wax job looked smooth and flawless. Once the car was done, I could unfortuently see all the flaws I didnt see at the dealer - a few small dings, and the whole right looked like it had been in a sandstorm. Paint had tiny chips in it, which was REALLY unfortunate to see. 
But, Michael allowed me to use a 20% coupon I found in the Entertainment book, even though he didnt know it was still active (hadn't renewed it in years). He even gave me a ride home and picked me up since I only live 2 miles away. I tried to tip him, and he said "no, coming back is how you can tip me."
Very impressed, and will definitely use again!
