The provider was very courteous and knowledgeable upon initial phone contact. She promptly notified a plumber in the field who quickly contacted me and arranged to visit in one hour. Bart arrived early. He was very courteous and friendly during the entire visit. He quickly diagnosed my problem which was a broken shutoff valve stuck in the off position. He clearly explained my options and we agreed on complete replacement of the hose bib, with a new faucet and lever type shut off valve. The lever type shut off valve is much more accessible, easier to operate than the old twist knob type, and less susceptible to long-term damage. Bart completed the job in about an hour and the work area was left clean and required no post service cleanup. Bart also took the time to listen to some other potential plumbing problems I was worried about and explained my options should the problems materialize in the future. This was an excellent service experience. I will definitely use Al Coronado Plumbing in the future. STEVEK.
