Tyler did an excellent job. He rekeyed all locks and made new keys. He went above and beyond when he noticed that one of our locks was sticking and fixed it for us. We were always fighting that lock and now it works like a charm! Just assumed it was something we had to live with.

He was pretty efficient, he knew what he was doing and he gave me some advice. The only thing about it is that I live out of the city so that concerns me sometimes because some people will not travel so far or they'll charge a travel fee but he didn't.

We've had Al over before at which time he adjusted a security door on our guest house that we'd had a few other locksmiths work on. That job was done over 3 years ago and the door hasn't been a problem since. We were very happy about that since that door had been a problem for 10+ years and had reoccurring alignment problems that appeared each year during the monsoon season. So, when it was time for our locks to be changed on our 3 buildings, we were glad to be have him come back. He is easy to work with, prompt and professional.

The locks needed to be changed in our condo due to several roommates moving out. The call was made to Al's Locksmith and in 45 minutes they were there to do the work. The price was more than fair and the work was done well and with professionalism. I would definitely use them again!

I was very pleased with the company and the work. Justin arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He used parts from the old deadbolt on my front door to fix the one on the rear door. He installed the new front door deadbolt and handle in no time at all and they work perfectly. Their minimum service charge is $90 and he accomplished all of the work within that time frame.

Justin showed up promptly at start of the time window given. He was friendly and did the work quickly (about 20 minutes). His drill battery died, and I offered him my drill. He knocked $10 off the price. A little expensive for such a small job, but overall, a good experience.

The technician was very professional and friendly. He came right on time and did a good job. I asked about the ''bump lock'' problem, and he talked about that and how the company had been testing that. Instead of selling me very expensive replacement locks. He assessed the total security standpoint in our house and left me with a good feeling about it all. I highly recommend this company.
