Jon is great. This is the second time I have had Jon work on my 20 year old AC/Heater unit. He is very knowledgeable about older units and can fix just about anything. He has never tried to "upsell" me into a new unit like others have.
Of note, Jon is only one man and sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment with him because he is so busy. Its because he is so good that he is in high demand.
