Perfect! The technicians did a wonderful job! They removed our old decrepit swamp cooler and installed the A.C. unit. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and highly skilled. The entire process exceeded my expectations! The owner met with us to provide a quote and again several times during the install. He even came by the following weekend to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend!!!!

The service men were clean, punctual, and the quality of their work was awesome. The pricing was VERY reasonable for the amount of work done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services!!

We called Air-O-Smith on the recommendation of one of our neighbors. We had just received a service report and a sales pitch by another A/C company. The report said our two heat pumps were leaking and should be replaced. Air-O-Smith sent a technician over right away and he checked both units. He said that we had high end units and he found if odd that they would both be leaking the same amount. He suggested that he could charge the units with gas and then we could wait a few months and see how they behaved. A couple of months later I called Air-O-Smith again, and the same technician came over and rechecked the units. He reported that the pressure on both was fine, and that they might not need servicing again for five years!
Remarkably, Air-O-Smith did not charge us for either of their visits! They are clearly a company that wants to protect the reputation of the whole A/C service industry. We will certainly use them if and when our A/C system does need service or repair.
