Welcome to Air Excellence Heating & Cooling. We have been servicing Southern Arizona for over 20 years. We have promised to perform only the work that is necessary for our client’s needs. Well they were one of the few company's that would actually would give me an estimate over the phone. And they got out there pretty quickly for it being in June. The quality was good. They were not the cheapest but they were expedient.

They are very thorough. They advise me of anything they can anticipate coming down the road. They tell me what I may have to deal within the next 4-5 years. The price is reasonable for what my expectations are. They are a reputable company. 

There are other companies here in Tuscon that I have seen come out to my neighbor's and have the same unit that I have replaced because of the quality of the service. They didn't have service on a regular basis. In some cases I think that they were taken advantage of. 

I wouldn't have hired them for 13 years if I didn't think they were qualified. They always call me to schedule an appointment. I totally depend on them for their professionalism and rely on them for their advice.

. I did not accept their bid for a new cooler and if I had done my
homework I would have found it to be the best offer. Do your homework, I
didn't and I am paying for it with a cooler that does not do the job!  It is so HOT in this house!!

Air Excellence installed a gas pack - gas heating and electric air conditioning - at least five years ago, possibly more. Their unit has worked well and needed no repairs since they installed it. We do have them come out usually once in the fall and once in the spring to check things out, and I don't remember any problems other than routine maintenance. They've always been friendly and easy to work with.

Service guy was honest that one unit needed wet section replacing. Did not charge for service to this unit as could not be repaired.
Not many cooling companies service swamp coolers in Tucson these days and would recommend this company to friends.

It went very well. When a problem with the noise in the a/c system occurred, the painstaking care taken was amazing as it was no easy matter to figure out what was causing the high-pitched noise when the system was running.I would recommend them without hesitationl The salesman identified a primary problem with the existing system that was being replaced as the design of the ceiling duct covers which was designed for a swamp cooler, which I do not use. They replaced the duct covers and all is well! You can trust what the salesman tells you and the quality of the installers is excellent. And, for me, best of all, they left NO mess behind.

I had a coupon so it was very inexpensive. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. He went up on the roof to check the units on the roof and he even patched one of the units on my roof. He did a lot of work and it would have cost $100-$150 for my little coupon that cost me $25 or $35. I signed a service contract with them. They came out a second time to answer a question but the service call was nominal because of the service contract. It was a good deal. They really are a good company and there were no hidden agendas.
