ACS has attempted to install an inverter technology Daikin mini-split or cassette system in my home for over 17 months now and it appears they have given up. Do not hire these guys. They have screwed up the entire system, these are not small mistakes, their actions, their errors, their planning has been so egregious they do not know how to fix it. They began by knocking huge, unnecessary, permanent holes in my exterior brick walls, nothing is plum or level, copper pipes are kinked, installed a cassette in the wrong place, burned the drywall and also burned a cassette and had to replace both, they do not know how to test or operate the system, they have lied numerous times in respect to their installation practices, have not been able to finish installation, did not follow directions and, after all their screw-ups the owner had the nerve to say he sensed *resistance* on my part??? They are not even close to finished, they have abandoned the job and have caused permanent damage to my house. DO NOT TRUST ACS. DO NOT HIRE ACS, YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID. Dustin from ACS called me 9/3/2020 at 7pm. I have not heard from ACS since April 2020. I recently filed a BBB report against ACS. ACSs response, through the BBB, is that they are abandoning the HVAC job on my house and they are willing to forego the remaining balance, which is great but NOT GOOD ENOUGH considering they caused permanent damage to my house and never finished the job. Dustin called to ask if they can remove the entire system and they will give me a full refund in exchange but refused to fix the damage they caused, such as my roof and the large permanent holes they put in my brick home and interior block walls? Their technicians also placed their tools and equipment on my furniture, scratching it. There is quite a bit more damage that has not been listed.

I got five bids, tossed the high and low. The remaining three were compared for value, quality, guarantee, reputation and price. ACS was head and shoulders above the rest. Salesman Ryan represented himself, the product, and company well. Installation techs Matthew and William did a spot on and tidy rooftop HVac job. Even telephone person Rachel deserves a shout out. Called 2 days out to verify, and again 30 minutes to ensure. Stayed with the project with all the distractions. Accepted help when offered. Courteous, friendly, technically qualified, and thorough. Will have ACS back out for my service calls.

I had five companies give us estimates for the replacement of our two a/cs. We selected ACS based on the above factors. Ryan, the foreman came out, did a home survey, discussed their plan and before leaving gave us their plan of attack and pricing. After reviewing all companies we selected ACS. The ACS installation folks that we dealt with were very professional in their appearance and performance. There were three installers, Matthew, Will and Sonny, who showed up on time and worked steadily throughout the day. I generally stayed out of their way but they did answer my few questions. After a weeks operation all is well.

Very professional and great communication from the initial consultation/estimate to completion of work. I was also getting a roof replaced and they worked with my roofing company during installation and all went well. The new unit runs great and is so quiet compared to my 19 year unit. And the price was great with no hidden additions. Very happy with the service.

We recently contacted ACS to install a new Daiken (roof) air conditioner upon the referral of our friend. We appreciated the high level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service displayed by the entire team, from the front office (Kayla), the initial meeting with Ryan, through the installation with Abel. Everyone on the team was respectful and helpful. After the installation, although the unit worked perfectly and cooled the house more comfortably and quietly than the old unit, we were disappointed with the location on the roof since it was more visible than we were expecting. When Ryan returned for the final follow-up visit, he listened to our concern and assured us that customer satisfaction was paramount. He did not hesitate to analyze the options to find a better placement. He and Dan were able to reconfigure the layout to make the new unit even less visible than our original, older unit. The team returned to relocate the AC a few days later and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. It's not often that a company takes ownership of a problem and makes it right. ACS went above and beyond our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again.
