Very well. I have used A.I.R. twice. They replaced a mini-split a couple of years ago with a superior unit. This summer they replaced the 15+ year old main heating-AC unit on the roof. The roof-top duct work had previously been poorly modified from a swamp cooler system to an HVAC, and later enlarged again (to meet the AC requirements) but with the ductwork poorly designed and installed. A.I.R. replaced all of that and it functions much better. Bryan and Brian were on-time (even early) for appointments, courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They are a small locally-owned company.

This was a model service call: the service provider arrived on time, greeted me by name, wore a company shirt, remembered where our units were located, was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He was patient with my questions about his training and experience, and explained everything he did.
We first used this company for an emergency last summer after reading good reviews about them on AL. They have consistently provided excellent customer service on the phone and in person and it was easy to schedule an appointment that worked for both of us.

They suggested that I could charge the unit and seal the inlet valve as a temporary fix and save $$. I wanted a second opinion and AIR basically said the same thing so I had them recharge the Freon and seal the inlet valve.

AIR LLC was a pleasure to work with. Brian and Brian provided us with some very necessary guidance on the replacement of our nearly 40 year old system. It was a big job and there were some detours in getting it done. Their price was competitive and they did not add $$$ on when it took longer than expected. They showed up on time and worked everyday until it was completely finished to our satisfaction. Keywords to describe our experience with them are prompt, trustworthy, fair, knowledgeable and professional. We would hire them again and recommend AIR LLC to others without hesitation.

The estimates we've gotten from Air-Air Conditioning Instltn have been very fair. They come out to the house quickly after you call them. Their services are fairly priced. They are just wonderful and I have true faith in them. I have no issues with them. They were always calling me about certain things. We've had like four houses. They installed the air conditioning units on two of them. The work quality is good. Their professionalism is very good. I trust their decision-making.

We live in the desert and noticed late last night that our AC was running, but only blowing uncooled air. My first call was to Mr. Howard at ACIR, LLC, since we've used him in the past for a routine system check, but I only got his voice mail. I left a message and then called two other companies; one could probably have a service person here by late afternoon and the other by early afternoon. (This is their busy season.) I booked with both since they said they'd call to let me know someone was coming and it already getting uncomfortably warm I wanted the first one available. Then Mr. Howard returned my call; he had been on a roof servicing another unit when I called earlier. He said he could be at my house by 'late morning, early afternoon', depending how his next appointment, a routine check went. I cancelled the other appointments I made. Mr. Howard was at my door before noon. He replaced the bad capacitor and answered my questions about the brand of AC I have, how long they typically last, (thankfully mine should last around seven years more, long enough to save for a replacement), and the approximate replacement cost when needed. The price he quoted ("you're looking at **** and up") was quite reasonable. I had to do replace the AC and furnace unit in our last house, so I know. I appreciate Mr. Howard's ability to work me in on short notice. He was neat, efficient, and professional. His service call fee was less than others and the price of the part seems reasonable.
