We called on a Sunday afternoon and set up an appointment for the next Tuesday at noon. Jim, the owner, arrived on time and assessed the job. He carefully pretreated the spots, most of them due to our dogs. I love that there was no gimmick about charging extra to treat pet stains. He was done in about 11/2 hours. The rugs look beautiful and the house smells great! Jim was very personable and we felt so comfortable having him in our home. We will definitely use him again!!

There is a lot of tile in my house, and I noticed it was quite dirty when I moved in a few months ago. My attempts to clean it were pretty much unsuccessful. Upon the advice of a friend, I contacted Advanced Cleaning for an estimate, and the work was done a couple of days later. The floor and the grout are much cleaner and look so much better. The contractor and his assistant were professional and courteous. I was most impressed, and had to write this review on their behalf. This was money well spent.
