Adobe Garage Doors

I cannot recommend Mark highly enough.  We had a problem with our garage door where the top panel would bend inward, basically crumpling the top of the door, whenever we tried to close it and the bottom got to about 3 feet off the ground.  We had a similar problem a few months prior and A1 came out to repair it.  So when the problem surfaced again, A1 came out and examined the door and told my wife that the door was too heavy for the rails and would need to be replaced for $1100. 
A friend of mine heard this and referred me to Mark since he had done some work for him before.  I called Mark and told him my story, and we set up a time the following day for him to come out.  He arrived right on time, but instead of giving me a competing quote for a new door as I had requested on the phone, he instead gave me the option of him fixing it for under $200.  This was right before Christmas, so his timing could not have been better (says my family). 
He proceeded to install a new strut in the top panel of the door, put all new rollers on and greased them up, and he was able to straighten out the top panel and reattach the opener bracket. He has a great personality, and the whole time he was explaining to me exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it.  I even joked with him that he was revealing all his tricks to the trade so I could it all myself - but in reality he will be the first one I call if anything goes haywire again.  He did point out to me how whoever worked on the door before had installed a strut in the wrong spot and attached the opener incorrectly. 
In the end, he totally hooked my door up so it opens and closes smoothly - way quieter than it ever did before. It's been a month since then and my door has operating flawlessly.  Mark made our Christmas happier since we didn't have to blow a grand on a new garage door we didn't even need.

Mark, the owner/operator, was friendly & willing to show and explain everything that needed to be done.  He replaced the springs, and then showed me that the cables were rather frayed.  He replaced those for an extra fee of $20.  As he did his work, he noticed that some previous work had been done improperly.  He repaired all of that, and there was a decent amount, at no extra charge.  He reset the tracks (on one side, the wheel was almost coming out of the track), reset the motor for the opener (which was set at a 45-50 degree angle to the door, and not level), and straightened the sensors.  I will highly recommend Mark to anyone I can!

The company owner took my call and was able to schedule a next day service call.  He arrived as agreed and after inspecting the damage gave me a quote right on par with the research I'd done.  He had parts and tools on his truck and got right to work.  The damage was repaired and the whole door tuned up in just over an hour.  It was fully functional and ran smoother and more quietly than before the accident.  I'm thrilled with the service and treatment I received from this outfit and will call them again the next time my garage door needs attention.

Mark was able to come out the same day as the request and could accommodate my schedule. He spent an hour adjusting and servicing my 2 doors and helped me rewire a newly replace garage door opener. He was thorough, friendly, and professional on his service. He showed me a couple of things that I needed to keep on the look out for and gave me other tips that I could use when I have to replace the other garage door opener. Overall, it was a great experience. Fast, friendly, good price, and excellent, timely service!

to check the doors to make sure they are secure when we are on vacation. He was punctual and called to let
me know he was on the way. He serviced three doors and I felt his price was very reasonable. I would definitely

Mark was wonderful and did a great job. A friend referred me to a different company that charged her $290 to just replace the springs and when I called they asked me which town I was in. I hung up because I knew I was dealing with some big corp and prefer to find more personalized service. After looking in the yellow pages I called a couple of the firms listed there and decided to have Mark come out because he was willing to replace the springs AND refurbish the system for less than $200 and he was licensed, bonded and insured. He made sure that I knew how to better maintain my door and motor in the future and did a great job. My door has NEVER been so silent and it no longer bangs when it is closed from an open position. Two thumbs up!!! (BTW I was warned not to try to do this myself and saw how the tension on that spring could take a finger or two off. I think this is a job better left to those who know how to do it.)
