They did a great job. The first day, they were late, but that was the office's fault. I had originally scheduled both my bathrooms to be done on separate days but decided to cancel one. The person I spoke with on the phone canceled the wrong day. Luckily, they were able to get there in about 45 minutes to still take care of everything. They made sure everything was gone from the bathroom and taped up every inch, plus they taped along the floor in the bedroom outside the bathroom. They also have a hose through the window for ventilation, but they put everything back together perfectly when they were all done. The process itself took about 2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised since they had estimated 4. The 2 men who worked were very professional and courteous. One recommended I buy a new drain plate as the old one had a rusty screw, and he recommended some extra caulking to protect my tile/grout. I bought the plate and caulking, and he took care of it for me, which was really nice as I've never caulked anything in my life. He could have easily just said you should caulk this and that's it, so I really appreciated it. When they came back to touch up, it only took about twenty minutes, and they took care of all the coverings they had put up. They also made some great recommendations to help with the longevity of the glaze, which I appreciated. I was going to put down some treads, but those can damage the glaze. He recommended a mat with the suction cups removed and gave me a razor to help remove the suction cups. Again, they could have just said here it is and left, but they made sure I was happy and gave me some tips to help improve as well. I will definitely call them when I need my second tub taken care of! My price was for one standard tub in white, nothing fancy, but gets the job done.
