Hardware & Home Improvement Stores
I have on several occasions received help from their knowledgeable staff on how to install or service hardware items, including door locks. In every case I received proper and detailed instructions and once they repaired a lock without charge.
They are truly customer oriented and I would not know what to do without their helpful staff.
