I wish I had more of a backyard to work with Anne from Accent Landscaping again!! In the middle of the chaos of moving into a new home and setting up appointments for estimates Anne kindly reached out and come over to look at the property. She was so kind and really took her time to talk through the different options and give me ideas about what to do with the space. Being this is my first house in AZ I was a little lost as to what to do with the space. Rest assured Anne gently guided me. The whole process went so smoothly, and the work turned out as expected too!! The other 3 companies I had come out should take note. They could have had my business regardless of quote if only they had not rushed through and just thrown out a number. Oh and speaking of numbers, I feel I got a good deal as one of the other companies gave me a quote for a simpler job for $6,000 more. Hoping to use Accent Landscaping again if Anne is still with them for the second phase of the job next year :)

I reviewed eveyrthing I wanted done with guy who did estimate. On day of service a different guy showed up who had no idea what I wanted done. So I reviewed again and then left for work. When I got home there were several things that were not done or forgotten.
They were also supposed to fix an irrgiation leak and they didn't. But I had lost confidence in them and so hired someone else to fix it.

We really do like this company. They are cheaper and do a better job than companies we have used in the past. They are very reliable.

Accent Landscape & Design does a pretty thorough job and the crew is here when they say they would. I wish it could be easier for me to communicate to them certain things I want to get done.
