very well.  gave good estmates and stuck to them.  had to get specialized equipment and help to take out very large palm and got itown and out without damaging anything else.  thoroughly cleaned up afterward.

They were very prompt and efficient. The quality of their work was very good.

Mr. Wheeler is enthusiastic about his new business and submitted a reasonable estimate for the tree pruning service which involved some climbing of the tree. However. after we agreed to the work it became clear that while Mr. Wheeler had climbed trees before as an employee of a service he just cut branches rather than pruning a tree because that was easier, he didn't fully heed safety the way a trained climber would including basic PPE, and didn't have ready access to all the tools he needed to do the job, including a truck for brush removal. He was unreliable, here one day for a few hours then gone for three days, then back. Some of this was due to inclement weather and he did call about this. After returning, he would subject us to long, rambling excuses about why he wasn't here and asked for more money. As a result we were left with a Mesquite tree that lost some of its appeal because of the "over-pruning" leaving just a narrow crown in the tree rather than a full canopy and a lot of brush in the yard. Since he didn't have an available truck, he left about 4 yards of debris in the yard and stacked it in the neighbor's yard as well. This didn't make us very popular. In the end, we came to think of him as enthusiastic but too immature and too inexperienced to be in charge of a business and were very disappointed in the outcome of work.
